About Project: Loan Origination and accounting tool

Loan Origination and accounting tool is an application which is used to perform the transactions like Internal ACH’s, Internal Transfers, Incoming/Outgoing Wires, Disbursement Checks and has many other money management operations. 

I also worked on other applications like Loan booking which helps to book Ag & Retail loans. 

These applications are designed using Micro-service architecture and built on .NET Core, ASP.NET, WEB API, C#, SQL Server and AWS. All the server-side operations are performed through the Restful WebAPI’s which are also designed using micro-service architecture.

Also, for the transactions which are performed through the application we generate reports using ActiveReports. And all the data is stored into the Oracle database. 

This is a typical AGILE team that follows Kanban methodology that performs Rapid application development and practice CI/CD.

Current project at US Bank:

This project is a centralized Notification Center system. The web app is used by US Bank to provide bank account alerts and simple digital notices for customers and users by email, text, or both notifications. The web app mainly facilitates keeping track of bank transactions.

These applications are designed using Micro-service architecture and built on Java, Spring and AWS. All the server-side operations are performed through the Restful WebAPI’s which are also designed using micro-service architecture.

The UI is developed using a rewrite of Angular app to React.

Also, for the transactions which are performed through the application we generate reports using ActiveReports. And all the data is stored into the Oracle database.

The solution helps in managing the sales pipeline where users can view customers details such as location, email, type of customer and other related information. Users can also create and manage policies by viewing installment schedules, claims, active offers, renewals and more. The reporting feature helps users in providing a review of business results. The solution provides customizable reports that contain overview as well as detailed operational reports.

The application is designed using Micro-service architecture and built using Angular 11, Angular Material for frontend, Java, Spring and AWS on the backend.

All the server-side operations are performed through the Restful Web APIs which are also designed using micro-service architecture.

This is a typical AGILE team that follows Kanban methodology that performs Rapid application development and practice Pairprogramming, Code Coverage, Responsive Web design and CI/CD.

So, i have been working as a java developer for around 7 years now. I recently finished my recent project at BNY Mellon where i was working with a team of 6 developers and we were asked to develop a customer portal through which customers could login . i was part of the scrum team and played a major part in analysis, architecture design, prototyping, developing, and testing.my main work there was basically implementing micro services using springboot, restfull services. Also we integrated JPA and Hibernate frameworks with entity beans for interacting persistence layer for CRUD operations. 

I played a major role in converting the Legacy angular application into an updated react application keeping in mind the efficiency of the application not being disturbed. Involved in deploying the applications in AWS as EC2 instances and create snapshots for the data that must be stored in AWS S3. Create and configured the continuous delivery pipelines for deploying Micro Services and lambda functions using Jenkins CI server. Tested components using JUNIT Mockito during development.
