old UMBH galaxies in Hydrangea (C-EAGLE)

Mass density plots of stellar particles in the Hydrangea project are shown below. The coulors indicate the particles that belong to the same subgroup as the Outlier. We follow the galaxies through 29 snapshots, based on their central BH, stellar particles and dark matter compound. The axes are in Mpc and centerred on the central BH. The lower right box depics the properties of the galaxy at each snap shot with quite natural naming. Please only note that there is some times a discrepancy between Galaxy and Subhalo mass (BH and stellar). The galaxy masses are defined as the sum over the particle masses which belong to the same subgroup, while Subhalo masses are the sum over those within a 30 kpc aperture. This difference hardly matters for galaxies with high stellar masses.
