You don't need to be a member of Vision Society of Japan to submit an abstract.
You are allowed to submit one abstract．
Your abstracts are approximately 400 characters in Japanese or 100 words in English.
Your preference for presentation format (poster or oral) cannot be guaranteed by the Program Committee．
* Ask the Organizing Committee beforehand if you wish to make an oral presentation off site.

If you are a student member,
your registration will be discounted by 3,000 JPY (vs student non-member). This amounts to fee for annual membership.
your lead-author presentation will be considered for Best Presentation Award.
Thus, you are encouraged to join Vision Society of Japan on its web site (http://www.visionsociety.jp/).
When you join Vision Society of Japan, you should (submit an abstract and ) register to Meeting as a student member (i.e., after joining Society; this procedure is expected to take about one week).

Fee for registration and dinner
Payment can be accepted in one of the following three ways: (1) through a postal (or bank) transfer, (2) by credit card or (3) at convenience stores. Each option is available during a different time period.
Fee for registration is non-taxable for members and includes tax for non-members.
As a tax-exempt organization, Vision Society of Japan is not a qualified issuer under the Japanese invoice system.
* Registration fee has been updated from what was previously announced to some individuals in March 2025.
* Starting with this Meeting, membership fee for senior and honorary members has been introduced.

Registration for this satellite event is required as part of the main meeting registration. (Max 25 persons due to space limitation)

Conference dinner
Join dinner on the evening of the second day. A separate room will be available for a gathering to share memories of Professor Terao. Feel free to come and go at any time.
