Customer Service & Front Desk
Greet every guest with warmth and professionalism
Answer the phone, book appointments, and manage the schedule
Check customers in and out efficiently and kindly
Offer beverages and create a welcoming environment
Anticipate customer needs (especially if they have kids, require extra help, or special accommodations)
Support the Barbers
Let barbers know when clients arrive
Communicate wait times or delays to customers, keeping them comfortable and making them feel seen and acknowledged
Keep the barber stations, Grooming Bar, and front desk tidy
Anticipate the barber's needs throughout the day and help everything run smoothly
Maintain the Shop
Sweep regularly (there’s a LOT of hair!)
Stay on top of laundry—clean towels are key
Keeping things stocked - Grooming Bar, Coffee Bar, and Beverage Station
Wipe down surfaces, tidy up product displays, and keep the bathroom sparkling clean
Take pride in helping the shop look fresh, clean, and professional

Attire/Dress Code: Black shoes, pants & shirts. We provide a V’s shirt and hat. Be sure to look professional at all times.
Attendance: Arrive 10 minutes before your day starts to settle in and prepare for the day.

This role is a W-2 employment opportunity with direct deposit. You will enjoy secure, timely pay and comprehensive employment protections and benefits.
Pay rate: $15.50/hour
Overtime Pay: $23.25/hour (time and a half) for any hours worked over 80 in a two-week pay period.
If you’re working full-time (40 hours a week), you’ll have the opportunity to earn overtime pay at time and a half when you go over 80 hours in a pay period.
For full-time employees working 40 hours or more per week, we offer 40 hours of annual paid time off after 90 days of employment. You can use your Paid Time Off as needed—sick days, mental health days, vacations, etc. We trust you to manage your time off without needing to explain your choices. Please ensure proper coverage in the shop before taking time off.
