Cancellations/No show/Rescheduling 

• 24 hours notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling appointments.

• 100% charge will apply for no shows & 50% for late cancellation's.

• The salon is a adult's only salon, please make sure you have arrangements in place before your appointments. 

• please attend appointments alone. 

• Skin tests are compulsory and required 48 hours before any tinting or lash lift services.
