I am Victor Rudakov, a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Chair of Applied Statistics at the School of Business and Economics at Freie Universität Berlin.
My research focuses on the economics of education and labour economics, as well as on educational studies approached from an interdisciplinary perspective that draws on economics, sociology, and educational sciences. I am particularly interested in empirical analyses of labour market outcomes associated with different educational strategies and in the evaluation of educational policies.
I have also participated in several policy-oriented projects in education, including Eurograduate, Trends and Issues in Doctoral Education, Monitoring of Education Markets and Organizations and worked as a consultant at the World Bank for two years.
My teaching experience includes several courses, such as Microeconometrics, Introduction to Quantitative Methods, and Advanced Quantitative Methods in the Social Sciences, as well as courses in Education and Labour Economics.
