This Privacy Policy describes how VraiBudget ("we", "our", or "us") processes your information when you download and use our mobile application, VraiBudget (the "App"). 

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect any personal information such as your name, address, or phone number. 

All financial data you enter (balances, transactions, savings, etc.) is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

• Basic technical information (such as device type, app version, and error logs) if you contact us for support.

• Your email address and the content of your message when you send us feedback or bug reports via email.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we have access to for the following purposes:

• To provide and operate the App and its features.

• To help you track your budget and savings on your device.

• To comply with legal obligations, where applicable. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Local Storage and Data Security

All budget and savings data you enter into VraiBudget is stored locally on your device using secure storage mechanisms provided by the mobile operating system.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. 

However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. 

You remain responsible for:

• Protecting access to your device.

• Using the optional PIN lock feature within the App if you wish to enhance your data protection.

5. Push Notifications

The App may request permission to send you push notifications (for example, an evening reminder to update your transactions). 

You can enable or disable these notifications at any time in your device settings.

6. Third-Party Advertising

The App may display third-party advertisements, such as those provided by Google AdMob. 

These third parties may use an advertising ID and similar technologies to display more relevant ads and measure advertising performance, in accordance with applicable laws such as the GDPR. 

You can generally reset or limit the use of your advertising ID in your device settings.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the legal age (e.g., 13 or 16, depending on the country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. 

If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at vraibudget.app@gmail.com so we can delete it.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, such as:

• The right to access the information we hold about you.

You can also delete all your local data directly within the App using the reset function, which permanently deletes the budget data stored on your device.

If you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, we will only process your personal data if we have a valid legal basis, such as:

• Your consent (e.g., for push notifications or personalized advertising, where required).

• Contractual necessity (to provide the App and its features).

• Compliance with a legal obligation.

• Our legitimate interests (e.g., maintaining and improving the App), provided these interests do not override your rights and freedoms. You can withdraw your consent at any time by changing your device settings or contacting us.

10. Data Retention

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. 

Data stored locally in the App remains on your device until:

• You uninstall the App; or

• You use the App's reset function to delete your data. Emails and support communications may be retained for a reasonable period for archiving and legal purposes.

11. "Do Not Track" Signals and Similar Signals

Some browsers and devices offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature or similar settings. 

Currently, we do not respond to DNT signals, as there is no common standard for this purpose.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. 

If we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. 

If we make significant changes, we may also provide additional notice (for example, within the App).
