VR Hub may request access to the following device permissions and information:
Photos, videos, audio, and media library access: Used to show media in the library, open media in the player, generate thumbnails, and prepare conversion jobs.
Storage access on older Android versions: Used to read selected media and save converted exports where supported by the operating system.
Internet and network state: Used for ads, Firebase services, update checks, external app links, and store-related actions.
Notifications: Used to receive and display push notifications if the user allows notification permission.
Device wake/background playback related access: Used to keep playback or conversion-related experiences stable while the app is active.
Advertising ID: Used by Google Mobile Ads / AdMob for advertising, ad measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention where available and allowed by the device settings.
VR Hub does not require account creation and does not ask users to provide a name, email address, password, phone number, payment card, government ID, contacts, calendar data, precise location, or health data.
Videos, images, audio files, thumbnails, and conversion jobs are handled on the user's device for playback, image viewing, and conversion features. VR Hub does not upload the user's media library, media files, or converted exports to our own server.
When the user chooses to share a media file or export using the device share sheet, the selected file is passed to the app or service chosen by the user. That transfer is controlled by the receiving app or service.
VR Hub may store app preferences locally on the device, including:
Onboarding completion state
Theme and language settings
Playback preferences
Gesture and background playback preferences
Local conversion queue or history while the app is running
Users can remove local app data by clearing the app's storage in Android settings or uninstalling the app.
VR Hub may show ads through Google Mobile Ads / AdMob. AdMob may automatically collect and share information such as IP address, app interactions, diagnostics, and device or advertising identifiers for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. The Android Advertising ID can be reset or deleted by users in Android settings where supported.
Ad personalization and consent behavior may depend on the user's region, device settings, Google settings, and any consent prompts configured for the app.
Google's advertising privacy information is available at:

VR Hub uses Firebase services, including Firebase Cloud Messaging, to support push notification handling. Firebase may process app version, Firebase installation information, Firebase user agent information, device metadata, and notification delivery data as needed to provide messaging services.
Users can disable notifications for VR Hub in Android system settings.
Firebase privacy information is available at:
https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
VR Hub may open Google Play or external app links when the user chooses actions such as checking for updates, rating the app, sharing the app, or opening another app listing. These actions may be handled by Google Play, the browser, or another installed app, and are subject to that service's privacy practices.
VR Hub may share limited data with service providers that help operate app features:
Google Mobile Ads / AdMob for ads, ad measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention
Firebase / Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notification delivery and related service operation
Google Play or external apps when the user chooses update, rating, sharing, or external link actions
VR Hub does not sell personal and sensitive user data.
Data transmitted by Google Mobile Ads and Firebase SDKs is encrypted in transit by those services. VR Hub keeps user media processing local to the device unless the user chooses to share a file through another app or service.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. We use reasonable measures appropriate for this app's local-media workflow.
VR Hub does not create user accounts and does not maintain a user account database.
Local app preferences and local app data remain on the device until the user clears app data or uninstalls the app. Media files remain in the user's device library unless the user deletes them through device or app actions.
For privacy questions or deletion requests related to data handled by us, contact [YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL].
Users can also:

Privacy rights may vary depending on the user's location. Users may contact us at [YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL] to request information about their data, deletion, or other privacy rights available under applicable law.
