Instructions:
Prepare the Crust:
In a bowl, mix together chocolate cookie crumbs and melted vegan butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust. Place it in the refrigerator to set while you prepare the other layers.
Prepare Raspberry Sauce:
In a saucepan, combine raspberries, maple syrup or agave nectar, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat until the raspberries break down and the mixture thickens. Allow it to cool.
