These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of VPN OBRIY ("App" or "Service") provided by OpenWeb Agency OU ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").
By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the App.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Service.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use VPN OBRIY for personal, lawful purposes.
You agree not to use the Service:

to violate intellectual property rights;
to attack networks or systems;
to send spam or fraudulent communications;
to interfere with the operation of the Service.
You are solely responsible for your activities while using the VPN.
Some features require an active subscription.
Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store.
Subscription management, renewals, and cancellations are handled by Apple according to the App Store Terms and Conditions.
We strive to provide uninterrupted access to the Service but do not guarantee that the VPN will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily affect availability.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpenWeb Agency OU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated or if necessary to protect the integrity and security of the Service.
We may modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to OpenWeb Agency OU, without regard to conflict of law principles.
