Flitzen ("we", "our", "us") operates the VPL — Virani Premier League mobile application ("App").
This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and your rights.
We collect only the data needed for the App to work.
Optional information is not required for core features.
By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

VPL is invite-only. Only phone numbers on the squad roster can sign in.
The App is for the Virani Premier League Friday-night box cricket group (Rajkot).
Members use the App to:
Track the league pot and member dues
Log match results
View the Naagai meter (squad peer ratings)
See next session details and RSVP
Manage squad profiles (Treasurers have extra admin access)
Mobile phone number (India +91) — used to sign in with SMS OTP
OTP verification data — handled through Firebase Authentication
Login session stored on your device (member id and phone) so you stay signed in
In-progress OTP session stored temporarily on your device if you leave mid-login
We do not ask for email or password. A profile photo is optional — you can use initials only if you prefer.
Display name
Playing position (Batter, Bowler, All-rounder, Wicket-keeper)
Profession (optional, if you add it)
About you / bio (optional, if you add it)
Member role (member or treasurer)
Avatar initials — generated from your name.
Treasurers may also manage squad phone numbers linked to roster profiles.
Collection cycles — pot balance, dues per member, paid / pending / unpaid status
Payments — amount, payment method (e.g. GPay or Cash), collection number, date
Waivers applied by Treasurers
Expenses logged against the pot
Match records — date, scores, captains, players, MVP, winning margin
Naagai ratings — anonymous-style peer scores (0–10) from squad members
Next session — date, time, venue, area
RSVPs — whether you are in or maybe for the next session
In-app notices when a new collection opens (visible to connected squad members)

Device type and app version (for security, login, and support)
Firebase / authentication tokens needed to keep your session secure
Push notification token (only if you allow notifications and this feature is enabled)
Notifications (optional): for collection alerts and league updates — only if you allow notifications when prompted
Internet access: required to sync league data and verify your phone number
Camera and photo library (optional): only if you choose to add or change your profile picture

The App does not request access to your contacts, location, microphone, or general file storage.
You can change or turn off notification permission in your device Settings. Some features may not work without the required permission.
We do not use your data for advertising.
We do not use third-party advertising SDKs.
We do not track you for marketing.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or squad data.

We use the following third-party services to run the App:
Google Firebase — phone authentication (SMS OTP), cloud database (Firestore), and optional push messaging (FCM). Data is processed according to Google's Privacy Policy.
Bundled fonts — Bebas Neue, Archivo, and Manrope are included in the App (not loaded from the internet at runtime).
We do not use analytics SDKs or advertising SDKs.
If we add third-party services later, we will update this policy.
The App may open your phone or SMS apps as part of normal login. We are not responsible for other apps or websites you use outside the App.

We share data only as follows:
With other squad members — league data (profiles, dues, matches, ratings, RSVPs) is visible to invited members, as designed for a membership-based squad app.
With Treasurers — extra admin actions (collections, expenses, roster phone links)
With service providers — Firebase/Google hosts and processes data needed to run the App
To protect rights, safety, and security — when reasonably necessary
In a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — subject to this policy
We do not sell your data to advertisers or share it with data brokers.
We keep data while your squad account is active and the league uses the App.
We keep data as long as needed to provide the App and for security.
Local session data on your device is cleared when you sign out.
You may request deletion of your account or personal data by emailing flutterapps.flitzen@gmail.com.
We use secure connections for data sent to our systems.
Squad access is restricted by phone verification and roster rules.
Firebase security rules limit who can read and write league data.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
The App is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country).
We do not knowingly collect data from children.
If you believe a child has given us data, contact flutterapps.flitzen@gmail.com and we will delete it.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own (including where Firebase/Google operates).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
We will change the Last updated date at the top.
Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the new policy.
