Completed the One Week Faculty Development Program with “A” Grade on “Systematic Literature Review and Meta-Analysis” organized by the Teaching Learning Center, Ramanujan College, University of Delhi under the aegis of the Ministry of Education (Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya National Mission on Teachers and Teaching) from 06th May 2021 to 12th May 2021. 

Completed the One Week Faculty Development Program with “A+” Grade on “Academic Writing” organized by the Teaching Learning Center, Ramanujan College, University of Delhi under the aegis of the Ministry of Education (Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya National Mission on Teachers and Teaching) from 10th May 2021 to 16th May 2021. 

Attended the five day online Faculty Development Program on “Evolution from Offline to Online Teaching” organized by the IQAC cell of Satish Pradhan Dnyanasadhana College, Thane in association with Department of Information Technology, University of Mumbai, YCMOU and Microsoft from 30th May 2020 to 3rd June 2021. 

Attended the four week online Orientation/Induction programm for "Faculty in Universities/Colleges/Institiutes of Higher Education" organized by the Ramanujan College, Delhi under PMMMNMTT from 21 March 2021 -19 April 2022 

Delivered a guest lecture on the themes - Evolution of Democracy and Waves of Democracy, for the Post Graduate Programme (PGP) in Leadership, Politics and Governance on 22nd December 2022 at RMP Knowledge Excellence Center, Mumbai. Delivered a guest lecture on “Introductory Lecture for Civil Service Aspirants" on 20th August 2022 at the K.E.T’s V.G.Vaze College of Arts, Science, and Commerce (Autonomous).

Delivered a guest lecture on the "Civil Service Examination" on 08th October 2022 at the K.E.T’s V.G.Vaze College of Arts, Science, and Commerce (Autonomous). Invited as a Judge for the Elocution competition on the topic “Transcending Body to Experience Ever Present Beauty” organized by the Department of Psychology of the K.E.T’s V.G.Vaze College of Arts, Science, and Commerce (Autonomous) in 2022. 

Delivered a guest lecture for the workshop on “Interdisciplinary Dialogues with Humanities department” titled “Marxist and Neo-Marxist Perspective” conducted by the Department of English of KET’s V.G. Vaze College of Arts, Science and Commerce (Autonomous) on 9th January 2021. 

Delivered a guest lecture on the topic “Regional Collaborations in Asia” for the students of TYBA History of KET’s V G Vaze College of Arts, Science and Commerce (Autonomous) on 15th and 16th March 2021. 

Delivered a guest lecture on the topic “Power as depicted in the Visual Entertainment Media” for the certificate course in “Films: A Language of Politics” conducted by the Political Science department of Ramnarain Ruia Autonomous College on 3rd April 2021
