Voyship Describtion

Voyship is a platform which includes a website and mobile application available for Android as well as IOS. Voyship platform aims to connect shoppers or people who want to get item(s) or shipment(s) locally or internationally with local or international travelers who can collect and transport these items or shipments. Voship also provides a prime service to facilitate purchasing and shipping process through travelers. All our services are based on direct contact among travelers and shoppers without any direct responsibility or interfering from our side, we also strongly assure that our platform is not a shipping, logistics or courier company; we are just a plat form that connects travelers with shoppers.

By accessing or using the Voyship platform as a traveller, shopper, or in any other way, you are agreeing to the terms.

- Eligibility of voyship usage

- Access and use of Voship is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old, who create a valid account according to our terms of use.

- You also acknowledge that, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Voyship, Voyship is not in the business of offering, selling, or bringing items from abroad. You also acknowledge that by accessing and using Voyship,

- You agree that Voyship is not a party in any relationship or agreement between you and another Voyship member and that such relationship is only between such members.

- You also agree that it is your responsibility and not Voyship’s responsibility to abide by any national or international laws related to the purchased or transported items or any relationship between the members.

- You have to acknowledge that your personal information you provide about yourself is correct and in case of any change you have to update it within your account profile.

- You acknowledge that you will comply with any and all applicable import and export control laws or customs laws in your local jurisdiction. You also warrant that nor you nor the item that is being shipped is under embargo or unlawful in any country where the item is being bought or shipped to.


Prohibited items

Shoppers agree that they will not use the voyship platform to request that the travelers ship any items that are prohibited under the laws of the 2 | P a g e

country where the items are being bought from nor the country where the item is being shipped to or any international law.

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:

Live animals

Counterfeit goods

Currency

Human remains

Stolen property

Batteries

Alcohol

Aerosols, chemicals or any flammable materials

Firearms, knives, police batons ammunition, explosives, or any other wagons

Pornography or obscene materials

Illegal drugs or regulated drugs (prescription) in violation of law

Any product or item related to illegal activities, such as the production of illegal drugs

Any item that is prohibited by law in the place of origin, destination or any jurisdiction of transit through between origin and destination

Knives, batons or other weapons

Certain agricultural products


Voyship recommends that Shopper and Travelers consult their respective government agencies which regulate items that may or may not be brought in or out of their respective countries.

Lost items regulations

Voyship is just a platform to connect travelers with shoppers , so the shopper's responsibility is assuring the delivery of items and shipments to the traveler in the same conditions that they agreed on in their deal on the platform at the time they made the deal, These items and shipments must comply with any and all international and local applicable import and export control laws or customs laws.

Then the traveler's responsibility is receiving and taking good care of the items or the shipments , and keep it away from any form of damage or lost until he make the delivery for the shopper .

In case the items or shipments were in the checked luggage and got lost, so it's the airlines responsibility and not the traveler.

In case of any lost items or shipments due to the traveler , so it's the traveler's responsibility to payback the shopper's money and not Voyship.

In case you claim that your shipment or item is lost due to of the traveler's negligence, and you have a solid proof please refer back to us at 3 | P a g e

support@voyship.com and we will make an investigation and follow up with you. We will insure your shipment up to $1500 against theft.

Change of the terms of Use

Voyship may change these Terms of Use at any time. When that happens, Voyship will mark the Terms of Use with the date on which they were most recently updated

Voyship’s role and liability

Voyship is acting as a platform to connect shoppers or people who want to get item(s) or shipment(s) locally or internationally with local or international travelers who can collect and transport these items or shipments in return for a reward. Voyship has no responsibility for any party’s performance of its obligations in this agreement or transaction. Voyship is not an owner nor operator of transportation services nor does it provide any logistics capabilities or services.

Voyship’s role in the transaction between shoppers and travelers is

Voyship is neither a shipping company nor a logistics company.


To connect shoppers and travelers enabling them to voluntarily enter into the transaction on terms of their own choosing

To provide limited dispute resolution services.


Voyship shall not be responsible for any customs or import problems that may arise from the transaction, or for any loss, injury, or damage that either shoppers or travelers may experience in connection with or arising out of the transaction

The shopper: courier or home delivery

creates and posts an shipment on the app either by browsing one of the online stores within the app and fetching the details or by manually entering the details of the item (country and the city where the shipment is coming from ,name, link, photo, price, weight, quantity, category and other details). After confirming all the details, shoppers are transferred 4 | P a g e

into the summary page where all the details are confirmed as well as the total cost of the shipping including the estimated traveller reward which is calculated based on the order price and weight. Once the order is confirmed, it is posted on the app and directly sent to all travelers matching with your shipment details so that travelers can bid for the shipments that match their trip.

- We will recommend fair pricing scale for shipping fees that both you and the travelers must be abided by.

- Shopper will be able to send request (S) to travelers who have a trips matching with his shipment criteria to carry his shipment.

- When shopper accept a traveler offer to carry his shipment, or the traveler accept shopper's offer ,shopper have to proceed to make the payment including the traveler's reward and Voyship's fees.

- Voyship holds the money until delivery of the shipment's destination

- Chat will be directly opened once the shopper's payment is done.

- Shopper can now contact the traveler easily through chat to proceed the shipment's pickup.

- Traveler updates the states of shipment until delivery

- QR code is generated once the traveler deliver the shipment to the shopper

- Traveler can scan the QR code from the shopper's mobile to get his reward

- In case of any duties, customs fees paid by traveler at the airport , shopper is responsible to pay them back to the traveler after providing official documents from the authorities as a proof of payment.


The traveler:

- Traveler posts his trip and supply all the information about it ( origin, destination, free weight, dates, preferred, categories to carry, available dates to receive or pickup shipments in origin country. )

- Once trip is posted , a notification will be sent to all matching shipments.

- Traveler either requests a certain shipment to deliver or wait for the App notifications.

- Traveler can bid on the matching shipments with his trip by giving the shopper the best price for carrying his shipment .

- We will recommend fair pricing scale for shipping fees that both you and the shopper must be abided by.

- Once your offer is accepted by the shopper , you will wait until the payment is processed by the shopper and chat will be directly opened .

- Traveler can now contact the shopper easily through chat to proceed the shipment's pickup.

- Traveler updates the status of shipment until delivery

- QR code is generated once the traveler deliver the shipment to the shopper either with face to face delivery or by local courier service .

- Traveler can scan the QR code from the shopper's mobile to get his reward

- Money will be transferred to traveler’s bank account in 3-5 days

- Travelers should update their bank account information to be able to receive their payments.

- In case of any duties, customs fees paid by traveler at the airport , shopper is responsible to pay them back to the traveler after providing official documents from the authorities as a proof of payment.


Voyship limited liability

Voyship’s only roles in the transaction between shipper and traveler are

To connect shopper with traveler, to enable Shopper and traveler to voluntarily enter into the transaction on terms of their own choosing

To provide limited dispute resolution services.


Voyship shall not be responsible for any customs or import problems that may arise from the transaction, or for any loss, injury, or damage that either shopper or traveler may experience in connection with or arising out of the transaction. Traveler should be aware that confirming a deal in app means they are fully responsible of receiving the package either at home or in a mailbox and if package is lost, Voyship shall not be responsible and traveler should pay the item's price. 6 | P a g e

How can I get my shipment shipped using voyship?

Shopper creates and posts an shipment on the app either by browsing one of the online stores within the app and fetching the details or by manually entering the details of the item (country and the city where the shipment is coming from ,name, link, photo, price, weight, quantity, category and other details). After confirming all the details, shoppers are transferred into the summary page where all the details are confirmed as well as the total cost of the shipping including the estimated traveller reward which is calculated based on the order price and weight. Once the order is confirmed, it is posted on the app and directly sent to all travelers matching with your shipment details so that travelers can bid for the shipments that match their trip.

What if I didn't get any offer from travellers?

- Shopper will be able to send request (S) to travelers who have a trips matching with his shipment criteria to carry his shipment.


How can I pay shipping fees? (Payment options)

- When shopper accept a traveler offer to carry his shipment, or the traveler accept shopper's offer ,shopper have to proceed to make the payment including the traveler's reward and Voyship's fees through our different payment methods such as

Valid credit card

Bank transfer

E-wallet


How can I receive my shipment after traveler's arrival?

You will be able to meet the traveler face to face to receive your shipment and we highly recommend to meet in a public place to guarantee your safety, in case you already ordered the local courier service while posting your shipment on the app, the traveler will deliver your shipment to the local courier which will deliver it for you at your 7 | P a g e

selected address . Note that we are not responsible for any kind of loss or damage for the shipment due to either the traveler or the local courier.

What will happen in case of my shipment is lost?

Voyship is just a platform to connect travelers with shoppers , so the shopper's responsibility is assuring the delivery of items and shipments to the traveler in the same conditions that they agreed on in their deal on the platform at the time they made the deal, These items and shipments must comply with any and all international and local applicable import and export control laws or customs laws.

What will be the case if the traveler claimed paying customs or charged of any duties?

- In case of any duties, customs fees paid by traveler at the airport , shopper is responsible to pay them back to the traveler after providing official documents from the authorities as a proof of payment.


Am I eligible to make refund after making the payment?

- Shopper can request a refund as long as the traveler didn't pick up the shipment, once the traveler picked up your shipment, refund is no longer available.

How can I use voyship to make money while traveling?

Voyship is changing the concept of travel as you can make money now using your luggage empty space to carry shoppers items and get rewards in return, just make a free space at your travel luggage and help the shoppers get their items locally or internationally.

How can I post my trip on Voyship?

- Traveler posts his trip and supply all the information about it ( origin, destination, free weight, dates, preferred, categories to carry, available dates to receive or pickup shipments in origin country. )


How can I find matching shipments with my trip?

- Once trip is posted , a notification will be sent to all matching shipments.

- Traveler either requests a certain shipment to deliver or wait for the App notifications.

- Traveler can bid on the matching shipments with his trip by giving the shopper the best price for carrying his shipment .


When I can contact with the shopper?

- Once your offer is accepted by the shopper , you will wait until the payment is processed by the shopper and chat will be directly opened .

Am eligible to check the picked up shipments components ?

How do I get paid?

Traveler will register with a valid bank account which will be used to transfer his rewards after delivering all his trip's shipments.

Transfer will be conducted after delivering all trip's shipments by a certified payment gateway , service fees will be applied.

Do I have to pay any fees or charges ?

Traveler will not be charged for any kind of fees or charges except the bank transfer fees defined by our certified payment gateway. 9 | P a g e

How can I deliver my trip's shipments to the shoppers?

You will be able to meet the shoper face to face to deliver the shopper's shipment and we highly recommend to meet in a public place to guarantee your safety, in case the shopper already ordered the local courier service while posting his shipment on the app, you will deliver the shipment to the local courier which will deliver it for the shopper at his selected address . Note that we are not responsible for any kind of loss or damage for the shipment due to either the traveler or the local courier.

What if I got charged for any duties or customs on my trip's shipments?

- In case of any duties, customs fees paid by traveler at the airport , shopper is responsible to pay them back to the traveler after providing official documents from the authorities as a proof of payment.


Prime service terms of use:

As a part of our service improvement we created a new service called prime service which gives the shoppers safe and guaranteed options to shop and ship their item(s) through our trusted travelers , easy payment methods and fast shipping services.

Why prime service is useful for me ?

- In case of Non-existence of a valid credit card and u need to get an item(s) abroad.

- in case you face complicated online shopping process.

- If you need an easy, comfortable and trusted way to make the whole process of shop and ship on behalf of you.

- If you need to shop something abroad from a store that doesn't provide online purchasing feature.


- 'Prime service' provides easy way to shop your online or offline items through our platform with additional fees for handling your online payment and your trusted easy shipping. 11 | P a g e

After confirming all the details , your shipment will be directly sent to our operation team who will revise your shipment and calculate it's price and shipping fees including traveler's reward and Voyship's prime service fees.

- If your shipment is approved by our operation team you will get a notification with the offer regarding your shipment and once you accept it you have to proceed for payment.

- Your payment will include your ordered item(s) price in addition to traveler's reward and Voyship's prime service fees.

- We provide easy payment methods for prime service users such as Bank transfer , Vodafone cash, Fawry ,

- Once your payment is done your shipment will be directly assigned to one of our trusted travelers to get it shipped ASAP.

- Your shipment will be delivered to your selected address with local courier service once it arrives with the traveler.

- In case of any duties, customs fees paid by traveler at the airport, shopper is responsible to pay them back to us before the delivery after providing official documents from the authorities as a proof of payment.

* Offline Shop and Ship:

Our platform can help you with both shopping and shipping, all what you have to do is to select the item(s) that you want to shop and ship offline or from any physical international or local store, create and posts an shipment on the app by manually entering the details of the item (country and the city where the shipment is coming from, name, photo, price, weight, quantity, category and other details). will revise your shipment and calculate it's price and shipping fees including traveler's reward and Voyship's prime service fees.

- Offline purchasing may have different prices than the expected by the shopper, so you have to keep in mind that you will be charged for any extra amounts on your item(s) such as local taxes, so try to make sure of your item's price before you post your shipment.

- If your shipment is approved by our operation team you will get a notification with the offer regarding your shipment and once you accept it you have to proceed for payment.

- Your payment will include your ordered item(s) price in addition to traveler's reward and Voyship's prime service fees.
