Thinking of booking with Voyage365.in? Read this Voyage365 review before you pay a single rupee. Our group of 12 travelers, including senior citizens, recently experienced what we believe to be a calculated Voyage365 scam during our 2025 Dubai trip. Despite full advance payment, we were left stranded, ignored, and financially cheated by owner Ishan Gopal Singh.
Our experience with Voyage365 fraud began after they received our full payment. Here is a breakdown of why we are calling this a Voyage365 scam:
Last-Minute Activity Cancellations: On the day of our scheduled visit to Miracle Garden and AYA Universe, the agency canceled both. While they claimed "operational issues," their local coordinators revealed the cancellations were made personally by Ishan (Owner of Voyage365).
Refusal of Promised Refunds: Despite an official email from Kapil Kapoor (Sr. Operations Executive) promising a refund of INR 46,400, the money has never reached our account.
Service Downgrades: We paid for a "Lama Premium Desert Safari," but Voyage365 booked a budget-tier "Support Camp" and demanded extra cash from us on-site to get what we already paid for.
As seen in the below chat - Demanding extra money for the already promised and paid service.
Ghosting Customers: Once the issues escalated, agent Ishan blocked our contact numbers, leaving 12 people—including elderly family members—without support in a foreign country.
Multiple reminders sent as seen in the screenshot below with no reply -
This Voyage365 review is backed by documented evidence. We have email threads where the agency admits to failing to deliver services but continues to withhold our refund.
Key Players in the Voyage365 Fraud:
Ishan Gopal Singh: Took full payment and subsequently blocked communication.
Kapil Kapoor: Provided false assurances and breakdown of refunds that were never initiated.

Due to the severity of this Voyage365 fraud, we have initiated the following:
FIR Filing: Complaints under IPC Sections 406 & 420 (Criminal Breach of Trust and Cheating).
National Cyber Crime Portal: Formal report submitted to cybercrime.gov.in.
Ministry of Tourism: Reporting the malpractice of Reva Holidays And Resorts Pvt. Ltd. (the parent company of Voyage365).
If you value your money and your peace of mind, stay away from Voyage365. Our group is currently out of pocket by over INR 46,000 plus additional emergency expenses caused by their mismanagement.
