1. Agreement Title & Introduction

Voxo Note: AI Note Taker End User License Agreement (EULA)

Welcome to Voxo Note: AI Note Taker (“the App”). This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and the developer of the App regarding your use of the App.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App

• Use the App for any unlawful or harmful purposes

The App provides the following features:

• Speech-to-text transcription (where applicable)

• AI-powered summarization and note organization

We may update or modify features from time to time without prior notice.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or record using the App (including audio and text).

However, you agree that:

• We may temporarily process your data solely to provide services

• We will not sell your content without your permission

• You are responsible for the legality of the content you record or upload

5. AI Features Disclaimer

Some features of the App are powered by artificial intelligence, such as transcription and summarization.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for reference only and not as professional advice.

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

You may also stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
