VTrigguru ("we," "our," or "us") operates the VoxNotes AI mobile application. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting the information you process through our app.
VoxNotes AI is designed to function primarily as an offline, local utility.
Voice Data: The app uses Google Speech Recognition to convert voice to text. Voice data is processed by Google’s services. We do not store or record your voice files on our servers.
Local Storage (SQLite): Your notes and extracted dates are stored locally on your device in a private database (notes.db). We cannot access, read, or delete your notes.
Permissions:
Record Audio: Used solely for speech-to-text functionality.
Calendar: Used only when you explicitly choose to add a note to your device's calendar.
External Storage: Used for app database management.
We do not sell, trade, or transfer your data to outside parties.
User-Initiated Sharing: When you use the "Share" feature (e.g., via WhatsApp), you are choosing to send your data through a third-party application. That data is then subject to that specific app's privacy policy.
The app uses Google Play Services and Google Speech Recognition. These providers may collect information used to identify you. You can review their policies here:
The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Because your notes stay on your device, the security of your notes depends on your device's security.
Our app does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
