WHO THIS COVERS
This policy applies to all mobile applications published by Voxel Apps ("we", "us") on Google Play and the Apple App Store — those available today and those we release in future. Current Apps include MindGym: Think Without AI, Rectify: Shikaku Puzzles and Sensora AI.
Our Apps differ from one another, and no App uses every feature described here. An App that has no accounts collects no account information; an App with no ads collects no advertising data. Each App's Google Play Data Safety section lists exactly what that App collects.
SUMMARY
Our Apps are built to keep your data on your device wherever possible. Game progress, puzzle records, streaks, journal entries and settings are stored locally and are not sent to us. We operate no servers of our own and hold no database of our users.
The data that does leave your device goes to the third-party services listed below — advertising, analytics and payment providers — not to us. We do not sell personal information.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
On-device data
Your progress, results, records, preferences and any content you create are stored on your device by the App. This stays on your device unless a feature you switch on (such as backup) sends it elsewhere. Uninstalling the App removes it.
Advertising identifier and ad data
Apps that show ads use Google AdMob, which collects your device's advertising identifier and data about the ads you are shown, in order to select and measure advertising and to detect fraud.
Location
Most of our Apps neither collect location nor request location permission.
Sensora AI is an exception, because showing you what your phone can measure is what the App is for. With your permission it reads your precise location from your phone's GPS receiver and displays it on screen — coordinates, altitude, accuracy, speed, bearing and satellite information. It also uses that permission to read the name of the WiFi network you are connected to, which Android will not disclose without it.
This location data is displayed and nothing else. It is not stored beyond the moment it is shown, it is not sent to us, and it is not sent to any third party. The App requests location only while you are looking at a screen that shows it, and never in the background.
Separately, our advertising partner may derive a coarse, city-level location from your IP address to choose which ads to show. That is unrelated to the above and happens in Apps that show ads whether or not they request location permission.
Sensor and radio readings
Sensora AI reads your phone's sensors and radios — motion, light, pressure, proximity, magnetic field, WiFi and mobile signal strength, Bluetooth and battery — and shows you the values live.
These readings stay on your device. They are not stored, not sent to us, and not sent to anyone else. Closing a screen stops the sensor it was reading.
Nearby Bluetooth devices
When you tap to start a scan, Sensora AI lists Bluetooth Low Energy devices advertising near you, with their signal strength. Because a list of nearby devices can indicate where you are, Android treats this as location-adjacent information and we declare it as such.
Scan results are shown on screen while the scan runs and are discarded when it stops. Nothing is stored or transmitted. Scanning never starts on its own.
Usage and app-interaction data
Apps that include analytics send events describing how the App is used — for example a puzzle being completed, an ad being shown, or a link being shared. These events describe actions, not content. They never include anything you type, and they are not used to identify you personally.
Device technical data
Device type, operating system version, language and App version, plus crash reports, used for compatibility, crash reporting and diagnostics.
Account information (only where an App offers sign-in)
If an App lets you sign in with Google and you choose to, we receive your name and email address from Google for that purpose only.
Purchase status
Whether you have bought an App's paid items. Payments are handled entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never see or store your card or billing details.
Camera (only where an App offers scanning)
Some Apps can scan a QR code using your camera. Images are processed on your device and are never uploaded or stored.
Reminders
Apps that offer daily reminders schedule them on your device. No notification content, schedule or token is sent to us or to any third party, and you can turn reminders off in the App's Settings or in your device settings.
2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
To provide the App's features and remember your progress
To show ads, and to remove them if you buy an ad-free option
To understand how our Apps are used so we can improve them, and to measure whether our advertising is worth running
To process and restore purchases
To maintain security and detect fraud or invalid activity
We do not use your information to build advertising profiles ourselves, and we do not combine it with data from other sources.
3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
These services may receive data as described above. Each has its own privacy policy governing what it does with that data.

Google Analytics for Firebase - measures how our Apps are used, and which advertising brings people who go on to use them. This data is shared with Google Ads for that purpose. Where consent is required, advertising-related measurement is enabled only after you have given it.

4. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
Consent
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, our Apps ask for your consent before using your data for personalised advertising. Until you answer, advertising measurement stays switched off. You can change your answer at any time from the App's Settings screen, where a privacy options entry is shown.
Advertising identifier
You can reset or delete your advertising identifier, or opt out of ad personalisation entirely, in your device settings.
Non-personalised ads
Some Apps also offer a setting to turn off personalised ads within the App itself.
Access and deletion
Because on-device data never reaches us, uninstalling an App deletes it. If you have used a sign-in or backup feature and want the associated data removed, email us at voxelapps2026@gmail.com and we will help. Backups are stored in a private app folder inside your own Google Drive that we cannot read or open. You can delete the backup yourself at any time: open myaccount.google.com, go to Security, then "Third-party apps and services", choose the App, and remove its access. Google then deletes the App's folder from your Drive. Uninstalling the App does not remove this backup.
5. DATA RETENTION
We retain no personal data ourselves. On-device data lasts until you delete it or uninstall the App. Data held by the third-party services above is retained according to their own policies.
6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our Apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
7. SECURITY
Data transmitted by our Apps is sent over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work only with established providers and keep the data our Apps handle to a minimum.
8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy as our Apps change or as new Apps are released. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
