This Privacy Policy explains how VoxelApps ("VoxelApps", "we", "us", or "our") handles information across the mobile applications we publish (our "Apps"), including MindGym: Think Without AI. By using any of our Apps, you agree to this policy. Individual Apps may use only some of the features described below.
1. SUMMARY
Our Apps are designed to keep your data on your device wherever possible. For MindGym, your exercise results, streaks, and journal reflections are stored locally on your device. We do not sell your personal information. Some features rely on trusted third parties (Google and RevenueCat), described below. Where an App offers a guest mode, you can use it without signing in.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
a) Information you provide
- Google account details (your name and email address) if you choose to sign in with Google. Signing in is optional where a guest mode is offered.
- Content you create in an App, such as journal reflections and activity within MindGym.
b) Information collected automatically
- Advertising identifier and related ad data, collected by Google AdMob to show ads to users on the free tier.
- Purchase and subscription status, processed through Google Play Billing, the Apple App Store, and RevenueCat when you buy a subscription such as MindGym Premium.
- Basic technical data (such as device type and app version) used by these services to operate and secure their features.
c) Device permissions
- Camera: used only to scan a friend's duel QR code in MindGym. Images are processed on your device and are not stored or transmitted by us.
- Notifications: used to send local reminders and summaries scheduled on your device. These do not send your data to us.
3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
- To provide and personalize each App's features and your progress.
- To back up and restore your progress (see "Backups" below).
- To show ads to free-tier users and to remove ads for subscribers.
- To process and validate subscriptions.
- To maintain security and diagnose problems.
4. BACKUPS (GOOGLE DRIVE)
If you sign in with Google, an App may save a backup of your progress to your own Google Drive so you can restore it after reinstalling. This backup is stored in your personal Google Drive under your control. We do not maintain a copy on our own servers. You can delete the backup at any time from your Google Drive.
5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We use the following services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

Ads may be personalized. Depending on your region, you may be asked for consent, and you can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings.
6. DATA SHARING
We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with the third-party services listed above as needed to provide an App's features, or where required by law.
7. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
- Data stored on your device is removed when you uninstall the App.
- You can delete any Google Drive backup from your Google Drive at any time.
- You can revoke an App's access to your Google account at: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- To request deletion of any information associated with your account, contact us at voxelapps2026@gmail.com and we will respond promptly.
8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our Apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. SECURITY
We rely on the security measures of our platform providers (Google, Apple, and RevenueCat) to protect information handled by their services. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective date" above. Continued use of our Apps after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
