1. "Just the Toast" — Day-of Coordination
$1,200 – $1,800

• Month-out planning check-in, vendor confirmation, timeline creation

• Rehearsal walkthrough + full day-of management (typically 10-12 hrs)

• This is the most commonly requested tier in SWFL right now — local rates run roughly $800–$1,800, so pricing at $1,200+ positions you mid-to-upper without pricing out budget-conscious couples.

2. "Vows in Motion" — Partial Planning
$2,500 – $4,000

• Everything in Day-of, plus vendor recommendations/curated list, budget guidance, contract review, monthly check-ins

• Good middle tier — SWFL partial planning averages $1,500–$3,500, so this keeps you competitive while reflecting a boutique feel.

3. "The Full Voyage" — Full-Service Planning
$4,500 – $8,500+ (often quoted as a percentage of budget, ~10-15%, for larger weddings)

• Complete planning from engagement to exit, all vendor sourcing/negotiation, design + styling, unlimited communication

• SWFL full-service ranges $4,000–$10,000+; luxury/destination specialists (Wedding Planner MD, Jet Set Wed) go well above that.

4. "Passport to Forever" — Destination Wedding + Honeymoon Package (your differentiator)
$6,000 – $15,000+

• Full-service planning for a destination wedding (Caribbean, Mexico, Europe, etc.) bundled with honeymoon itinerary planning — flights, resorts, excursions

• Very few SWFL competitors combine wedding planning and travel booking under one roof — this is where "Vows & Voyages" earns its name and can charge a premium.

Add-On Ideas (à la carte)

• Honeymoon-only planning: $300–$750 flat fee or travel-agent commission model

• Rehearsal dinner coordination: $500–$800
