1. Introduction Vouch ("the App") is a forensic content capture and verification tool. This Privacy Policy describes how Vouch Forensic Systems ("we," "us," or "our") handles information. Our mission is to provide an immutable record of truth through local hardware security and secure cloud synchronization.

2. Forensic Content & Cloud Synchronization

• Local Hardware Security: Vouch utilizes your device's Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) to sign content locally. Your private signing keys never leave your device hardware.

• Cloud Storage: If you use the "Witnessed" or "Cloud Restore" features, your forensic media and metadata are transmitted to and stored on secure servers (Google Firebase). This is required to facilitate verification and cross-device access. We do not access this media for marketing purposes.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Social Interaction Vouch includes communication features (Chat). We maintain a Zero Tolerance policy regarding objectionable content.

• Zero Tolerance: Users may not share illegal, harassing, or abusive content.

• Enforcement: We reserve the right to ban users and delete content that violates these terms.

• User Controls: The app provides built-in tools to Block users and Report content for moderator review.

4. Data Deletion (Your Right to Erasure) In compliance with Google Play requirements, you have full control over your data.

• In-App Deletion: You may delete your account and all associated forensic records via the "Settings" menu.

• Web Deletion Request: You may also request account deletion by contacting us at the support email below.

5. Service Providers We utilize Google Firebase for user authentication and encrypted media storage. Google acts as a data processor on our behalf.
