1. Summary
Vorto is a word search game. We do not require sign-up and we do not collect personally identifiable data (name, email, phone number). Your progress and preferences are stored only on your device. The app shows optional ads through Google AdMob. To do so, AdMob and its partners may process certain device identifiers, as described below.
2. Information that is processed
The app itself does not collect personal data. The only things stored locally (never leaving your phone) are: your level progress and the words you have found; your hint coins; your color theme and game language (Spanish / English); the date of the last daily chest opened; and your saved free-mode games. None of this is sent to our servers (we do not run servers holding your data).
Through advertising (Google AdMob), third parties may process: device advertising identifiers (e.g. Advertising ID on Android; IDFA on iOS if you consent); technical device data (model, operating system, language, approximate country from IP); and ad interactions. Google processes this data as our advertising provider. 3. Ads and consent
In the European Union / EEA / United Kingdom we show a consent message (Google UMP / IAB TCF) before loading personalized ads; you can accept or decline. On iOS we ask for tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency): if you decline, you will still see ads, but non-personalized ones. You can reset or withdraw your consent from your device's privacy settings at any time.
4. Rewarded ads
Ads in Vorto are 100% optional and rewarded: you only see them if you choose to (for example, to earn hint coins, double a level bonus, or open the daily chest). No ad interrupts your game on its own.
5. Children
Vorto is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, contact us to delete it.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR in the EU, CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your data and to object to its processing. Because the app stores no personal data on our servers, most advertising-related requests must be handled through Google (links in section 2). For any inquiry, write to our contact email.
7. Security and retention
Local data (progress, coins, preferences, free-mode games) lives on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app. We do not keep servers with your data.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. We will publish the current version at this same URL with its update date.
