Vortex VPN may request permissions that are necessary for its VPN and network-related features, including:

● Wi-Fi State Access (ACCESS_WIFI_STATE) — used to determine Wi-Fi connectivity status when required for network functionality.
● Bind VPN Service (BIND_VPN_SERVICE) — enables the app to create and manage a VPN connection through Android's VPN framework.
● Foreground Service (FOREGROUND_SERVICE) — allows the VPN connection to remain active while the app is running in the background.
● Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS) — may be used to display VPN connection status and other relevant app notifications.
Vortex VPN does not request unrelated permissions such as camera, microphone, contacts, photos, videos, or precise location unless a future app feature genuinely requires them and the Privacy Policy is updated accordingly.
4. VPN Traffic and Privacy
Vortex VPN does not use VPN traffic to read or collect the content of your private communications for advertising purposes.
Technical information necessary to operate and secure the VPN service may be processed. We do not sell the content of your VPN traffic.
5. Advertising
Vortex VPN may use Google AdMob or similar advertising services to display advertisements. Advertising providers may process information such as advertising identifiers, device information, approximate technical information, and interactions with advertisements according to their own privacy policies.
We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
