General Instructions:
To register for this exciting event, you can simply fill out a Google form with your details. The entry fees for different events are mentioned on the form and each event has a designated head who will be responsible for its organization.
Few days before the events what’s app group will be made by your respective event head. Feel free to contact your group leaders for any queries. Other instructions related to reporting time, event description , payment etc. will be provided in the group itself.

TREASURE HUNT

Rules:
Kindly reach the venue at 10 am.
1: Vehicles are allowed.
2: Clues will be opened after a certain time, so be updated on the Vortex th whatsapp group.
2: Next clue will be provided to your team only when all the members of your team are present at the present clue location.
3: Some of the teams will be eliminated at clue 5.(so be fast 🙂).
4: 8th clue will be passed on to only top 5 teams. All other teams will be eliminated.
5: Last two teams will be eliminated at clue 9 i.e. only top 3 teams will carry on .After solving the 10th clue those three teams will have to race to the Department of Physics and grab the flag at Cyclotron and then put it on the help desk at the department reception. The first team to do so will be the winner.

1.The race for the event will start from the physics department and will end in physics dept. itself.
2.Use of electric cycles is prohibited in the race,only regular bicycles are allowed.
3.Every participant has to follow given route and complete the race.
4.Use of any shortcut or wrong route will result in penalty or disqualification of the participant.
5.No participant should try to harm any other participant for the sake of winning the race.

Time limit should not exceed 3 minutes as it would invite chances of marks deduction .
You can provide your preferred side of the debate in the form but it will be alotted on first cum first serve basis .Participants will be informed about their side in the whatsapp group.
The speakers from each side wil speak alternatively during the debate.
The rebuttals for any of the spoken points will be taken after all the speakers are done .
You can bring pens with you to write the points for rebuttal.Paper will be provided.
Medium of the debate can be Hindi/English/Punjabi or a mix of these as well.
