Welcome to Vortex, a dating and social connection platform operated by LegacyX UK Inc. Limited (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vortex mobile application (the “App”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be 18 years or older to use the App.
By creating an account, you confirm that you are legally eligible to use the App in your country.
Use of the App is prohibited where restricted by law.
You must create an account to access certain features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
You retain ownership of content you upload (“User Content”).
By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content within the App.
Zero Tolerance Policy: We do not allow illegal, obscene, abusive, threatening, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable content.
Users engaging in such behaviour will face immediate suspension or permanent account termination.
You may report objectionable content or block abusive users using in-app reporting features. We review reports promptly and take appropriate action.
You agree not to:
Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm any other user.
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
Use the App for commercial purposes without written consent.
Upload malicious code, viruses, or attempt to disrupt the service.
Use automation tools, bots, or scraping technology on the App.
Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
Some features of the App are offered as in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Payments are securely processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Refunds: All purchases are final. Refunds, if available, are handled directly by Apple or Google in accordance with their policies.
Subscriptions: If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
Prices and features may change with reasonable notice.
All trademarks, logos, designs, and software in the App belong to LegacyX UK Inc. Limited.
You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works without written consent.
We encourage respectful behaviour but do not vet or monitor all users.
You are solely responsible for your interactions, both online and offline.
We are not liable for the actions of other users. Please exercise caution when meeting people.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may delete your account at any time in the App settings.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, or engage in unlawful behaviour.
Termination does not limit our right to seek legal remedies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Users in other regions may also be entitled to local consumer protection rights.
All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
We may update these Terms periodically.
Any significant changes will be notified through the App or by email.
Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
