This data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced to secure cloud storage (only if you enable cloud backup)
TRIP AND EXPENSE DATA
Manually entered trip details (date, platform, earnings, expenses)
Vehicle maintenance records
Photos of receipts (stored locally or in your cloud storage if enabled)
ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Email address (for account creation and password recovery)
Encrypted password
User preferences and settings
How We Use Information
We use the collected information solely to:
Automatically track your driving trips using GPS
Calculate mileage for tax deduction purposes
Generate IRS-compliant tax reports
Provide real-time earnings and expense analytics
