# Privacy Policy – VooInbox

VooInbox ("the extension") is designed to help users organize LinkedIn message conversations by manually tagging them as HOT, WARM, or COLD, exporting selected leads, and optionally syncing selected leads to Google Sheets.
## Data Collection
The extension does not collect, scrape, or read LinkedIn message content.
The extension does not collect passwords, cookies, or authentication credentials.
## Data Storage
The extension stores only user-selected lead status labels (HOT, WARM, COLD) using Chrome Storage Sync so that tags persist across browser sessions.
No message text or conversation content is stored.
## Google Sheets Integration
Google OAuth is used only when the user explicitly clicks the "Sync to Google Sheets" button.
Only the following data is sent to Google Sheets:
- Name
- LinkedIn profile URL
- Last message date
- Lead status
No data is synced automatically or without user action.
## Data Sharing
The extension does not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties.
No advertising or tracking services are used.
## Remote Communication
Remote communication is used only to send user-selected data to a Google Apps Script endpoint for Google Sheets synchronization.
No remote code is executed within the extension.
## User Control
Users have full control over:
- Which conversations are tagged
- Which leads are exported
- Which leads are synced to Google Sheets
