1. Co-Ownership Agreement with Breeding Rights

This opportunity allows us to work together through a co-ownership contract that supports responsible breeding practices.

We offer two options within this agreement:

Option A: You Receive a Dog from Us

• You pay 20% of the sale price of the chosen dog.

• If/when the dog is bred, you will provide 15% of the sale price of each puppy to Von Haus Salazar.

• These contributions offset the costs associated with whelping, raising, and maintaining breeding standards.
  
  

Option B: We Receive a Dog from You

• You provide us with a dog at no upfront cost to Von Haus Salazar (including transport and purchase price).

• If/when the dog is bred, you will receive 20% of the sale price of each puppy from those litters.
  
  

Requirements for Breeding Eligibility:

• All dogs must pass breed-standard health testing through OFA, Embark panel, and potentially PennHIP.

• While titles are not always required, we may request conformation evaluations.

• Every dog must undergo a temperament test and pass before being bred.

• We do not allow off-standard dogs to be bred. Disqualifications include non-standard builds, coat types, coat colors, or eye colors.

• Any outside dogs bred to our dogs must meet the same strict health and standard requirements.

• All participating dogs must be placed under contract.
  
  

2. Co-Ownership of a Stud Dog

This agreement focuses on male dogs used as sires.

• The stud dog will be titled, fully health tested, and live with you as the handler.

• Von Haus Salazar will use him for breeding with our females or to select, approved females only.

Important Clause:

• Breeding the dog without our written approval is a direct violation of contract.

• Unauthorized breeding will result in immediate termination of the agreement and relinquishment of the dog back to Von Haus Salazar.

• Failure to comply will lead to legal action.
  
  

3. Breeding Agreement with Puppy Return

This agreement offers a unique exchange: instead of sharing financial proceeds, the partnership is built around puppy returns.

• When breeding occurs, one partner will receive a puppy in return, rather than a percentage of sales.

• Pairings will be carefully matched by Von Haus Salazar to ensure genetic compatibility and adherence to breed standards.

• Pick of the litter is not permitted—puppy selection is made to best suit the program’s long-term goals.
