Privacy Policy for Volume Booster Launcher

This Privacy Policy explains how RisenApps ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Volume Booster Launcher mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
Volume Booster Launcher is an Android home‑screen launcher that also lets you boost and control your device's volume. Most of what the App does happens on your device, and most of your data stays on your device. The main information that leaves your device relates to advertising, purchases, and any feedback you choose to send us. This Policy describes those cases.
Information stored on your device. To work as a launcher, the App accesses information such as your list of installed apps, app icons and names, your wallpaper, and your home‑screen layout and settings. This information is used only to display and organize your home screen and app drawer. It is stored locally on your device and is not sent to us.
Information you provide. If you contact us (for example, using the "Send Feedback" option), we receive the message you send and, to help us diagnose issues, basic technical details about your device and the App, such as: device manufacturer and model, supported CPU architecture (ABI), Android version, and the App version. We use this only to respond to and resolve your request.
Information collected automatically for advertising and analytics. The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Advertising services may automatically collect information such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address, general device information, and interactions with ads. This information is collected and processed by Google and its advertising partners in accordance with their own privacy policies (see "Third‑Party Services" below).
Purchases. If you make an in‑app purchase (for example, to remove ads), the transaction is processed by Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store your payment card details. We may receive confirmation of your purchase (such as a purchase token or order ID) so we can unlock the features you bought.
We use the information described above to:
provide and operate the App's launcher and volume‑control features;
display advertisements and support the free version of the App;
process and validate in‑app purchases;
respond to your feedback and support requests, and diagnose and fix problems;
maintain the security and reliability of the App and understand how it is used so we can improve it.
The free version of the App shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier and other information to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted.
You can control ad personalization at any time:
Android: Settings → Google → Ads, where you can reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of personalized ads.

If you purchase the ad‑free option, the App will stop showing AdMob ads.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the App:
with Google and its advertising and billing services, as described above;
if required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request;
to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, the public, or us.
Information stored locally on your device remains until you delete it or uninstall the App. Feedback and support emails are retained for as long as needed to handle your request. Data processed by Google (for ads and purchases) is retained according to Google's policies.
We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the App. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in the EEA/UK or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing, including opting out of personalized advertising. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. You can also control advertising through your device settings as described in the "Advertising" section.
The App may request certain device permissions to function, for example to modify audio settings (to boost volume) and to act as your home screen. You can review and manage app permissions in your device's Settings. Some features may not work if permissions are denied.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above and post the updated Policy at this page. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
