Terms and Conditions for Volume Booster - Gold

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before downloading, installing, or using Volume Booster - Gold, with package name com.gold.volumebooster (referred to as the “App”).

By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not download, install, purchase, or use the App.

1. Description of the Service

Volume Booster - Gold is a paid Android utility application designed to provide audio volume enhancement and customization features on compatible devices.

Depending on the device and Android version, the App may allow you to increase media or system audio levels beyond the device's default volume settings, apply custom equalizer settings and presets, and use optional features such as a decorative edge-light overlay and a persistent notification control panel.

The App's core functionality is designed to operate on your device without requiring an internet connection.

2. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any applicable Google Play terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the App on compatible devices that you own or are authorized to control.

This license is provided for your personal, non-commercial use and does not transfer ownership of the App or any of its intellectual property to you.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the App except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or commercially exploit the App without our prior written authorization.

You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any manner intended to damage, disrupt, interfere with, or impair the App, another person's device, or any related service.

3. Purchases and Refunds

Volume Booster - Gold is offered as a paid application through Google Play.

Payments for the App are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google's applicable payment terms, policies, and procedures. We do not directly process or store your complete payment card or other sensitive payment credentials through the App.

Refund requests are generally handled through Google Play in accordance with Google's applicable refund policies and procedures. Refund eligibility may depend on factors including the time of purchase, your location, the circumstances of the transaction, and applicable law.

If you experience a purchase-related problem, you may also contact us at the email address provided in these Terms. Any refund provided directly by us will be handled in accordance with applicable law and applicable Google Play policies.

4. Volume Boosting and Hearing Safety

The App may allow audio to be amplified beyond the default volume limits established by your device manufacturer.

Listening to audio at excessively high volume levels, particularly for extended periods or through headphones or earphones, can cause temporary or permanent hearing damage.

Excessive amplification may also cause audio distortion and, depending on the device, volume level, hardware, and circumstances, may potentially cause damage to speakers or other audio components.

You are responsible for selecting appropriate volume levels and using the App responsibly. We strongly recommend maintaining hearing-safe listening levels and exercising particular caution when using headphones or earphones.

By using the volume boost functionality, you acknowledge the potential risks associated with high-volume audio and agree to use the feature at your own discretion.

5. Device Compatibility

The performance and availability of the App's features may vary depending on the device manufacturer, Android version, audio hardware, system configuration, drivers, and other technical factors.

Volume boosting, equalizer effects, notification controls, edge-light overlays, and other features may behave differently on different devices or may not be available on certain devices.

We do not guarantee that every feature will function identically, continuously, or at all on every device.

6. No Warranty

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND RELIABILITY.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERRORS, THAT ALL FEATURES WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, OR THAT THE APP WILL BE FREE FROM DEFECTS OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the App.

This includes, without limitation, claims involving loss of data, hearing impairment, hearing damage, audio-related injury, speaker damage, device damage, interruption of service, or other losses resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use the App.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its name, logo, user interface, visual design, software, source code, features, and associated materials, is owned by us or used under appropriate rights and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights in the App to you. You receive only the limited license to use the App as expressly permitted by these Terms.
