Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Bass Booster ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
You agree not to:
Copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by law;
Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights;
Distribute, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App;
Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or security.
The App lets you play and process audio and video files from your own library. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use any content you import. We do not own, monitor, or claim any rights to your media.
The App can increase audio volume and boost bass beyond standard device levels. Prolonged listening at high volume may damage your hearing or your audio equipment. You use volume-boosting and bass-boosting features at your own risk. Always listen at safe levels.
The App offers optional in-app purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple according to its policies.
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including damage to hearing or equipment, loss of data, or loss of profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, the license granted to you ends, and you must stop using the App.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Effective Date." Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the Apple App Store Terms of Service apply.
