Since 2002, Taufiqul Hakim and his parents take care of the farm each month. In 2012, Taufiqul Hakim became the marketing manager and development consultant. He wanted to preserve the farm and develop a cozy residential area. He realized that it's difficult to be different in this tropical region. He quit petroleum engineering college because he didn't want to develop Voll Housing recklessly.
