This privacy policy describes the principles for using the mobile game Volcano Pals (the “App”). We respect your privacy and are dedicated to openness about the information we collect, how we use it, and with whom we share it. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

You are not allowed to copy, alter, or extract any part of the App, such as its trademarks or source code, nor to create altered versions of it. All intellectual property belongs to the Developer.

The Developer works to make the App as effective as possible. However, we may change its features or add charges for its use at any time, with clear communication about any applicable costs.

The Developer is not responsible for certain limitations. The App requires a stable internet connection, whether through Wi-Fi or mobile data. If your connection is unavailable, the Developer is not liable for restricted functionality. Similarly, maintaining your device’s charge is your responsibility, and the Developer is not responsible if the App becomes unavailable due to a dead battery.

Although we strive to ensure the App is accurate and up to date, it relies on third-party data. As such, the Developer cannot be held responsible for any losses resulting from reliance on the App’s content.

We may periodically release updates to the App. It is currently available for iOS, but system requirements may change over time. To continue using the App, you may need to download updates. Compatibility with all iOS versions is not guaranteed. By using the App, you agree to accept updates when they are provided. The App may also be discontinued without prior notice. If this happens:
(a) any rights or permissions you have to use the App will end, and
(b) you must stop using the App and delete it from your device.
