SpanchingCompany ("we", "us", or "our") operates the mobile application Volcanic Simulation 3D, also known as esAR (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.
1. SUMMARY
- The App is an educational AR experience about volcanoes.
- The App needs camera access for augmented reality features.
- The App shows ads through Unity LevelPlay / ironSource and related ad partners.
- We do not require you to create an account.
- We do not intentionally collect your name, email, or precise GPS location for our own databases.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Depending on your device and settings, the App and its service providers may process:
- Camera data: Used in real time for AR surface tracking and visualization. Camera frames are processed on your device for AR features. We do not operate a feature that uploads your camera feed to SpanchingCompany servers for storage.
- Advertising identifiers: Such as the Google Advertising ID (AAID) on Android, used to deliver, measure, and limit ads.
- Device and app information: Device model, operating system version, app version, language, time zone, network type, and similar technical data.
- Ad interaction data: Ad views, clicks, approximate impressions, and related mediation diagnostics.
- Diagnostics (limited): Crash or performance-related technical logs that may be generated by the operating system, Unity, EasyAR, or ad SDKs.
The App may store limited local preferences on your device (for example, settings needed for gameplay or AR session state). This stays on your device unless a third-party SDK transmits technical data as described below.
3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
- To provide AR volcano lessons and simulation features.
- To display ads that help support the App.
- To measure ad performance and prevent fraud/abuse.
- To maintain, troubleshoot, and improve App stability.
- To comply with applicable laws and store policies (including Google Play).
4. CAMERA PERMISSION
The App requests camera permission because AR features (powered in part by EasyAR) need the camera to detect surfaces and place 3D volcano content in the real world. If you deny camera permission, AR features may not work.
5. ADVERTISING AND THIRD PARTIES
The App uses Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) mediation and may serve ads from networks such as Unity Ads and other partners configured in LevelPlay. These partners may collect device and advertising data to show ads, personalize or contextualize ads where allowed, and measure campaigns.

We do not control all data practices of third-party SDKs. Please review their policies for details.
6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is an educational tool that may be used by students and general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 for the purpose of building user profiles. Advertising SDKs may still process device-level advertising identifiers according to their own policies and applicable law.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information to us directly, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
On Android, users (or parents) can reset/delete the advertising ID or limit ad tracking in device settings (exact path varies by Android version).
7. DATA SHARING
We may share information only as needed to:
- Operate advertising and analytics through SDK partners
- Comply with law, regulation, or lawful requests
- Protect the security and integrity of the App and users
- Complete a business transfer (for example, merger or acquisition), if ever applicable
We do not sell your personal information as a standalone consumer data product.
8. DATA RETENTION
SpanchingCompany does not maintain a separate user account database for this App. Data processed by third-party SDKs is retained according to those providers' policies. Local App data remains on your device until you clear App storage or uninstall the App.
9. SECURITY
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate for an educational mobile App. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
10. INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING
Third-party SDK providers may process data on servers located in different countries. By using the App, you understand that technical and advertising data may be processed outside your country of residence, subject to applicable safeguards and laws.
11. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
- Revoke camera permission in Android App settings.
- Reset or delete Advertising ID / limit ad personalization in Android settings.
- Uninstall the App to stop further local data collection by the App.
- Depending on your region (for example GDPR/CCPA), you may have rights to access, delete, or restrict certain personal data. Because we do not run user accounts, many requests are best handled through device settings and ad-partner tools. You may still contact us and we will help where we can.
12. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND AD DESTINATIONS
Ads may open external websites or apps operated by advertisers. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
13. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised policy.
