Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Volca Totem application ("App") operated by Ceren Okun ("we," "our," or "us").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and in accordance with Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
2. Acceptable Use
By using the App, you agree not to:
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
• Distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, or lend the App to third parties
• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's source code
3. Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including but not limited to graphics, designs, text, images, logos, icons, and game mechanics, is the exclusive property of Ceren Okun and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Ceren Okun be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
6. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
Volca Totem does not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. The App is entirely free to use without any hidden costs.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App or on our distribution page. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
