Volacious Studios built Easy Disc Golf Scorecard as a freemium mobile application. The application is provided on an "as is" basis. A premium upgrade is available to unlock additional functionality.
We take user privacy very seriously. This page explains how Easy Disc Golf Scorecard handles information and privacy, including information relevant to Canadian privacy laws such as PIPEDA.
We do not collect, store, or transmit personal information on our own servers as part of the current version of the application. All scorecard data and application settings are stored locally on the user's device. We do not have access to this information.
We do not collect or store your financial information. Premium feature purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google's payment and privacy policies.
If you have enabled Android device backup services on your mobile device, application settings and local databases may be backed up by Google as part of Android's device backup functionality. These backups are managed by Google and are subject to Google's privacy policies and user-configured account settings.
Easy Disc Golf Scorecard does not collect, process, store, or transmit personal information on servers operated by Volacious Studios or 794338 Alberta Inc.
Because the application operates locally on the user's device and we do not have access to user data, GDPR rights such as access, correction, portability, and deletion can generally be exercised directly by the user through their device and application settings (by clearing app data or uninstalling the application).

Easy Disc Golf Scorecard offers an optional premium upgrade to unlock unlimited simultaneous round storage. All financial transactions and premium feature purchases are processed through the Google Play Billing platform.
We do not receive, view, or store your credit card details, billing addresses, or banking credentials. We receive only information necessary to verify that a purchase was completed.
Aside from the official Google Play Billing system required to process premium upgrades, this application integrates TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service operated by TelemetryDeck GmbH, to help us understand how the application is used and to improve functionality and performance.
TelemetryDeck processes anonymous application usage events and milestone completions. TelemetryDeck is designed to operate without advertising identifiers, user profiling, or the collection of personally identifiable information.
Scorecard data, round history, player names, notes, and other user-created content remain stored locally on the user's device and are not transmitted through TelemetryDeck analytics.

To function correctly, the application may request standard Android device permissions strictly necessary to execute its local features:
• Storage: Used strictly to save, read, and modify your scorecard data and round history locally on your device.
• Internet Access: Requested to communicate securely with Google Play Billing to verify premium purchases and to securely transmit anonymous, non-personal usage metrics to our analytics provider.
No information accessed via these standard system permissions is ever uploaded, shared, or transmitted to Volacious Studios or any third party.
The application does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any modifications. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy page. Changes will become effective upon posting the updated Privacy Policy on this page.

Easy Disc Golf Scorecard is intended for use during outdoor recreational activities, including disc golf. Users are responsible for maintaining awareness of their surroundings while using the application.
By using the application, you acknowledge that outdoor environments may involve risks including uneven terrain, water hazards, weather conditions, wildlife, other course users, and flying discs.
You assume full responsibility for your own safety while using the application. Volacious Studios and 794338 Alberta Inc. are not responsible for personal injury, illness, accidents, property damage, or loss resulting from use of the application.
Always prioritize safety and situational awareness over interaction with the application.
Easy Disc Golf Scorecard is licensed, not sold. Volacious Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The application offers an optional premium upgrade that unlocks additional functionality.
Purchases are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google's applicable terms, policies, and refund procedures.
The application, including its software, design, graphics, logos, and content, is owned by Volacious Studios and/or 794338 Alberta Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the application except where permitted by law.
The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Volacious Studios and 794338 Alberta Inc. do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or compatible with all devices or future versions of Android.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Volacious Studios and 794338 Alberta Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the application. In no event will Volacious Studios and 794338 Alberta Inc.'s total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the app.
7. No Obligation to Support or Update
This app is developed and maintained on a best-effort, hobbyist basis. Volacious Studios and 794338 Alberta Inc. are under no obligation to provide updates, bug fixes, or technical support, and may discontinue support or availability of the app at any time.
Your use of the application is also governed by the Easy Disc Golf Scorecard Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any modifications. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Continued use of the application after an updated version is posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
