Welcome to Quotax. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading and using Quotax, you enter into a legally binding agreement with vojcodes ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. Quotax Plus Subscription
Quotax offers a "Quotax Plus" tier via an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) or optional one-time lifetime purchases.
Plus Benefits: Subscribing to Quotax Plus unlocks premium capabilities, including unlimited estimate creation, clean watermark-free PDF exports, custom document templates, contract generation, and access to all upcoming Plus features.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or yearly basis (or as a one-time payment for lifetime options) as selected at the time of purchase. Charges are processed through your Google Play Account.
3. Subscription Terms and Payments
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Google Play Account upon confirmation of purchase or after the expiration of a free trial period (if applicable).
Automatic Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.
Renewal Pricing: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current plan rate.
4. Management, Cancellation, and Refunds
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your active subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time via your Google Play Store Account Settings.
Refunds: All payments and subscriptions are processed by Google Play. Except as required by Google Play policy or local applicable law, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Google Play.
Restore Purchases: If you switch devices or reinstall the app, you can restore your Plus status using the "Restore Purchases" option in the App's settings or paywall.
5. User Responsibilities and Data Storage
Local Storage: Quotax stores all estimates, client information, pricing catalogs, and generated documents strictly on your local device. You are solely responsible for securing, exporting, and backing up your local data.
Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for the accuracy of all financial calculations, tax rates (VAT), discounts, and client details entered into the App and included in generated PDF estimates or documents.
Acceptable Use: You agree to use Quotax solely for lawful business, trade, and commercial estimation purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
Quotax is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any business loss, lost revenues, incorrect tax estimations, data loss, or disputes between you and your clients resulting from estimates or documents generated by the App.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
