Acceptance of Terms 

By downloading, installing, or playing Void VR, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not play the game.

Allowed and Prohibited Behaviour

You are allowed:

• Play and enjoy the game

• Make gameplay/videos and stream

• Report bugs and suggest improvements

• Play on private or public servers

You are not allowed:

• Cheat, exploit, or modify the game in ways not intended

• Use third party tools to damage other players experience

• Upload viruses, malware or harmful files to servers

• Harass, threaten or abuse players or staff

• Attempt to reverse engineer the game ( Asset Ripping )

Online safety and community rules

When using online features such as multiplayer you must:

• Treat others with respect

• Avoid hate speech, discrimination or extreme content

• Not impersonate staff or other players

• Follow all rules listed in the game itself

User generated content

You are responsible for everything that you say. Whether that is something that directly breaks the official Void VR rules, breaks laws or harms the game and the community within it.

Data and privacy

Void VR collects basic data that is needed to run the game, such as: Gameplay statistics, device information and crash logs. Additionally, we hold a responsibility to hold your information securely. We have integrated a trusted source called PlayFab, this software is linked to the game project itself and helps store information on cosmetics, play time, logs and banning. 

Updates and changes

We may update, change or remove features at any time.

These terms may also be updated at any point.

No warranty

Void VR is provided ‘ as is ‘. We do not guarantee that the game will always work without issues, servers will always be online or that bugs will never occur.

Liability

We are not responsible for any injuries during VR usage, damage caused by misuse of the game, issues caused by unauthorized modifications.

Account Termination & Banning

Every rule break comes with a ban. The harsher the rule break, the harsher the punishment, some rule breaks will result in an instant permanent ban.
