These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the VoidUp mobile application (the “App”), developed by Yevhenii Mahlena. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

• You are responsible for how you use the App and for any actions taken on your device while using it.

2. Access to Photos and Videos

The App requires access to your media library to detect and remove unnecessary files.

• All processing is performed locally on your device.

• Your photos and videos are never uploaded to external servers.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

• We do not guarantee that the App will always work without errors, interruptions, or defects.

• You use the App at your own risk.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

• This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, device issues, or any other damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

5. Third-Party Services

The App may include third-party services (such as analytics or crash reporting tools).

• These services may collect limited technical information to improve stability and performance.

• Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

6. Children’s Use

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13.
