This Privacy Policy explains how Aetherionis Digital, the developer of Voidscar ("Voidscar", "we", "us"), processes information when you use the Voidscar mobile game (the "Game"). If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Game.
Game data stored on your device. The Game stores a randomly generated player identifier, progression, currencies, inventory, missions, achievements, run statistics, gameplay-event counters, settings, advertising-consent status, purchase entitlements and cryptographic purchase-fulfillment identifiers. We do not ask you to create a Voidscar account or directly provide your name, postal address, phone number or email address.
Google Play Games data. If you choose to sign in to Google Play Games, Google provides authentication and cloud-save functionality. Your game save, including the categories listed above, is synchronized with the Google account you use for Play Games. Google may also process your Play Games player identifier, profile information and activity according to its own policies.
Purchase information. Google Play handles payment credentials and the payment transaction. Voidscar receives the product identifier, purchase token, purchase state and an obfuscated game-profile identifier. To verify and finalize a purchase, the Game sends those values over an encrypted connection to our verification service hosted on Google Cloud. The service checks them with the Google Play Developer API. It stores only a SHA-256 fingerprint of the product identifier and purchase token, the product identifier, the obfuscated profile identifier, verification/finalization status, whether the purchase was a test purchase, and timestamps. The raw purchase token and payment-card details are not stored in our database or application logs.
Advertising information. The Game uses Google AdMob to show rewarded and interstitial ads. Depending on your region, device settings and consent choices, Google may process the advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, approximate location derived from IP, ad interactions and diagnostics to provide, measure, secure and personalize ads. Voidscar requests updated consent information through Google's User Messaging Platform before initializing ads where required.
Technical request data. Our cloud provider may automatically process limited network and security metadata, such as IP address, request time, response status and user agent, to operate and protect the purchase-verification service. The service is designed not to log purchase tokens or request bodies.
We process information only as needed to save and restore progress, provide optional Play Games features, deliver and restore purchases, prevent duplicate or fraudulent purchase fulfillment, provide and measure ads, remember privacy choices, diagnose reliability or security incidents, provide support, and comply with legal obligations. Where applicable, processing is based on performing the services you request, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Game, consent for personalized advertising, and compliance with law.
We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with service providers necessary for the features you use:
Google Play and Google Play Games Services for app distribution, purchases, authentication and optional cloud saves;
Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention and consent management;
Google Cloud for secure purchase verification and the purchase-fulfillment ledger.
These providers may process information in countries other than your own under their own terms, safeguards and privacy policies. See Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from apps that use its services.
Where required, you can accept, reject or manage advertising consent through Google's consent form. If Google requires an ongoing privacy entry point, open the Game's Settings screen and select Ad Privacy Choices. You can also reset or delete the advertising ID and manage ad personalization in Android settings. Buying Remove Ads removes interstitial ads; optional rewarded ads remain available.
Local game data remains until you clear the Game's storage or uninstall it.
Play Games cloud data remains under your Google account until you delete the Game's Play Games data or your Google account, subject to Google's retention rules.
Purchase-verification records are retained for as long as needed to preserve permanent entitlements, prevent replay and fraud, handle refunds or disputes, and meet legal obligations. Where no longer required, they are deleted or anonymized. Security and request logs are normally retained for no more than 30 days unless a longer period is needed to investigate abuse or comply with law.
To request deletion of purchase-verification data, email aetherionis.support@gmail.com and include your in-game player identifier and enough purchase information for us to locate the record. We may retain a minimal record where required for fraud prevention, accounting, disputes or other legal obligations. Deleting verification data may make it impossible to restore a purchase. To delete Play Games data, use the deletion controls in Google Play Games or your Google account. We aim to respond to privacy requests within 30 days.
We apply data minimization, encrypted transport, restricted service-account permissions, product allowlists, obfuscated profile identifiers, cryptographic token fingerprints and server-side purchase validation. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized operators. No security measure is perfect, but we review the safeguards appropriate to the data and service.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or receive a portable copy of personal information. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Contact us to exercise these rights. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
Voidscar is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum digital-consent age in their country. We do not knowingly request personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.
The Game uses internet and network-state access for Play services, purchases, advertising and verification, advertising-ID access for AdMob, billing access for Google Play purchases, vibration for gameplay feedback, and foreground/wake services used by integrated Google services. It does not request contacts, precise location, camera, microphone or broad storage access.
We may update this policy when the Game, providers or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised policy at https://sites.google.com/view/voidscar/privacy-policy and update the effective date. Material changes will be highlighted in the Game or store listing where appropriate.
