## 2. Information We Do NOT Collect
VOID RIDER 3D does NOT directly collect, store, or request the following personally identifiable information:
- Full name
- Email address (unless you voluntarily send us email)
- Phone number
- Home address
- Contacts or messages
- Photos, videos, camera access, or microphone access
- Precise GPS location
- Personal files from your device
The game can be played without creating an account.
## 3. Information We DO Collect and Why
To provide game features, leaderboards, and restore progress across reinstallations, VOID RIDER 3D may collect the following information:
- Device identifier (device_id, advertising identifier, or generated UUID): used to restore a player’s profile if the app is uninstalled and later reinstalled, to prevent duplicate accounts, and to tie runs/high-scores to the same player across installs.
- Gameplay data: high scores, session scores, session duration, in-game events, and competitive rating (CR) changes — used to power leaderboards, competitive systems, and to show accurate player ranking.
- Crash reports and diagnostics: anonymous crash logs and performance data to detect and fix bugs.
- App and ad interactions: which ads were shown, ad clicks, ad performance metrics (for mediation and billing/analytics).
- Device and runtime info: device model, OS version, app version, and basic, non-identifying hardware info (used to improve compatibility and performance).
- Approximate location at country/region level (derived from IP) — used only for ad delivery optimization and regulatory compliance (not stored with precise coordinates).
## 4. How We Use the Information
We use the collected information to:
- Provide and improve game functionality (progress, leaderboards, matchmaking).
- Persist and restore player profiles across reinstallations (device-based recovery).
- Compute and store competitive ratings (CR) and leaderboard positions.
- Diagnose and fix crashes and performance issues.
- Deliver and measure advertising and mediation performance.
- Enforce anti-cheat and fair-play measures.
## 5. Where Data Is Stored & Who Processes It
- Player profile data and gameplay-related records (high scores, CR, device_id, runs) are stored on our backend services (e.g., Supabase) and are processed by maaZone and our service providers.
- Advertisers and analytics partners (see section 6) may also receive aggregated or pseudonymous performance/interaction data.
- We do not sell personal information to third parties. We share data only with service providers who assist us (hosting, analytics, advertising, crash reporting) and when required by law.
## 6. Advertising & Third-Party Services
To keep the game free and support development, VOID RIDER 3D uses third-party advertising and analytics services. These services may automatically collect certain anonymous or non-personal information such as device type, OS version, advertising ID, approximate location (country/region), app interactions, ad performance statistics, and crash reports.
Advertising partners may include:
- Google AdMob (and mediation partners)
- Meta Audience Network (via AdMob mediation)
- Unity Ads
- AppLovin / ironSource (as applicable)
- Any future mediation or ad partners used by the app
These providers may use cookies, SDKs, advertising identifiers, and similar technologies to deliver and measure ads and may collect anonymized/aggregated usage data. Their data practices are controlled by their own privacy policies — we recommend reviewing them.
## 7. Custom Sponsored Advertisements
VOID RIDER 3D may display sponsored content or custom ads from business clients or partners. Clicking a sponsored ad may redirect you to a third-party site. We are not responsible for third-party sites’ privacy practices. Please review their privacy policies before providing personal information to them.
## 8. Leaderboards & Competitive Ratings
- Leaderboards and competitive ratings (CR) are based on stored gameplay data. Public leaderboard entries show non-personal data such as username and ranking.
- Device identifiers may be used to ensure leaderboard integrity and prevent duplicate or fraudulent accounts.
- If your device/profile is reset or you uninstall/reinstall the app, we use device_id (when available) to restore your profile so progress is not lost.
## 9. Data Retention
- We retain gameplay, profile, and device data as long as necessary to provide the services, for analytics, and to comply with legal obligations.
- If you request deletion of your profile, we will remove your data from our systems and from associated service providers where reasonably possible — see “Your Rights & Choices” below.

VOID RIDER 3D is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at the email below so we can investigate and remove the data where appropriate.
Where applicable, advertising shown to children may be configured as non-personalized in compliance with platform policies and local regulations.

We take reasonable steps to protect your data using industry-standard safeguards (secure servers, encryption in transit, access controls). However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure; absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
