The app is designed to process and store user content locally on the user’s device unless the user chooses to export, share, or open content externally.

- Voice recordings
- Transcriptions

- Document categories and sections
- Invoice or receipt details
- User-created notes and titles
This content is used to provide the app’s core features.
3. Local storage
Documents, voice notes, QR links, transcriptions, and related metadata are stored locally on the user’s device.
VoicePDF does not upload user documents, voice recordings, QR links, or transcriptions to a backend server.
4. Camera access
The app may request camera access to scan documents and QR codes.
Camera access is used only when the user chooses to scan a document or QR code.
5. Microphone access
The app may request microphone access to record voice notes.
Microphone access is used only when the user chooses to record audio.
6. Speech recognition
If transcription is enabled, the app may use speech recognition functionality to convert voice recordings into text.
7. Photo Library and Files
The app may request access to the photo library or files when the user chooses to import, export, save, or share content.
8. QR codes and links
When users scan QR codes, the detected link may be saved locally in the app so the user can open it later without scanning again.
Opening a saved QR link may take the user to an external website. External websites are governed by their own privacy policies.
9. Subscriptions
VoicePDF may offer auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple’s App Store.
Subscription purchases and billing are handled by Apple. VoicePDF does not collect or store payment card information.
10. Third-party services
The app does not use paid external AI services or backend processing for user documents or recordings.
11. Data sharing
VoicePDF does not sell user data.
User content is not shared with third parties unless the user chooses to export, share, or open content externally.
12. Delete local data
Users may delete saved documents, voice notes, QR links, and related local content from within the app.
13. Children’s privacy
VoicePDF is not intended for children under 13.
