Register at Voicestar.ai. Select a program that best meets your needs for food and/or bar inventory and pay the one-time setup fee per unique inventory.

Next, look for a prompt on the payment screen, or an email from VoiceStar.ai and just follow the instructions to login to your new account. There is no additional charge for the next 30-days. So, it’s best to email your latest food and/or bar inventory to us as quickly as possible so you will be ready to go within 30 days.

Please email your last inventory as an Excel document, not the order guide, to inventory@voicestar.ai.

Once we receive your latest inventory(s) we will voice-enable your inventory items and set up your Inventory Manager.

When your inventory(s) are ready to go, look for an email from VoiceStar.ai to schedule the first of three 30-minute training sessions. It’s best, if possible, to have all VoiceINV users on these training calls.

Before your first training session begins, please visit either the Apple Store or Android store to download the VoiceStar- VoiceINV app. But remember, until we have your inventory ready to go and uploaded to your inventory manager, your app is really just on standby until you have been trained and the inventory is updated for your use.

Now you are ready to practice using a printout of your inventory call sheet to learn the basics of counting using Voice+AI. There may be errors thet requires additional nicknames and alias', or just use of the transcription edit tool. It may take a few tries before you get the hang of it. We're here to assist whenever you need.

Please note that before you received your voice-enabled inventory, we tested it and certified at least 95% accuracy in voice counting using the VoiceStar inventory system. If you need help, just reach out here info@voicestar.ai.
