Apeeto Apps - Privacy Policy

Individuals' privacy is respected and safeguarded by Apeeto apps on all official websites and user communities associated with the program. 

Our apps were released as free downloads. Apeeto Apps is providing this service at no cost, and it is meant to be used exactly as is. If someone chooses to use our service, the website, this page is meant to notify website visitors about our policies regarding the collection, use, and sharing of Personal Information. You consent to the collection and use of information about this policy if you choose to use our service. We use the Personal Information we collect to run the Service and make it better. 2 - DATA PROCESSING OPERATIONS

2.1 - FIREBASE HOSTING

Our apps use content from and link to websites hosted with Firebase Hosting, a service provided by Google LLC (“Google”). Hereby user data is send to the Firebase Hosting servers including IP addresses and user agent information. Firebase Hosting uses IP addresses of incoming requests to detect abuse and provide us with detailed analysis of usage data. The IP addresses are temporarily stored by Firebase hosting for several months. For more information see https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy/.

2.2 - GOOGLE ADSENSE

We use Google AdSense and show personalized ads within our apps to finance our development where apps are provided free of charge. Google AdSense stores user data including IP address and other personal data which can be used to identify the user’s browser for the purpose of billing advertisers for ad clicks and detecting fraudulent clicks. 2.3 - GOOGLE ANALYTICS FOR FIREBASE

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to learn more about how our users interact with our apps. This helps us to improve our apps in areas where they are most relevant to our users. Anonymous data about how users behave is automatically sent to Google Analytics for Firebase servers. Such data includes Mobile ad IDs, IDFVs/Android IDs, Instance IDs, Analytics App Instance IDs and the type (EAN, UPC, QR, ..) of scanned barcodes. For more information see Data collection. Sent data DOES NOT include the content of the scanned barcode or any other personal information such as name, email address or phone number. The ID-associated data will be stored for 60 days. Aggregated reporting and campaign data will be stored for up to 14 months. The collection of data can be deactivated in the settings of our barcode scanner apps by unchecking “Usage statistics”.

2.4 - FIREBASE REMOTE CONFIG

We use individual app configurations for our users with the aid of Firebase Remote Config, for example to show country-specific website links. Firebase Remote Config uses Instance IDs to select configuration values to return to end-user devices. These Instance IDs will be stored up to 180 days.

2.5 - CRASHLYTICS

We use "Crashlytics" from Google. Crashlytics identifies software errors and their causes. Crashlytics collects the following data: device state information, device type, device ID and stores it anonymously for up to 3 years. The purpose of the data collection is the identification of software errors and their causes. Device ID: We may collect data from your computer or mobile device, including hardware and software information (such as your operating system and browser type) and unique device IDs for our applications. This information is necessary to provide you with the best possible experience, ensure compatibility, and deliver updates to our services.

Installed Apps: The Applications may share information about installed apps as part of its features.

We gather personal data from multiple channels, including direct interactions with you, data generated during our engagement, and information from external sources like public databases and third-party services. Information Collected by Voice Gps Navigator & Satellite Finder:

Our apps may attain some non-personal data to enhance the user experience on the services and products that it provides. Non-personal data may include: browser type, device version, type of device and IP address. Please note that this statistical data will solely be used to analyse demographical progress. This will help our apps in identifying target markets and certain areas to focus and bring improvement to. Our apps may ask users to provide contact information for surveys and communication for future prospects and expectations of users from the developers. Statistical data may also include high scores, timings and user activities on the services and products to boost up the environment.

Information Collected by Smart Mobile Switch:

We collect personal data from a variety of sources, including directly from you, the information generated during our relationship with you, and information from other sources, such as public databases and third-party services. This personal data may include information that can be used to identify you. We may also be required to collect certain personal data from you by law or as a part of our contractual relationship. If you do not provide this information, it may prevent us from fulfilling our obligations. When we collect your personal data, we will inform you if certain data is required and the consequences of not providing it.

How We Use Your Data and The Basis of Usage

We need to have your explicit consent to share your Personal Data. The user data accessed by the permissions are used to complete the direct transfer between two devices, and user data is not uploaded on our server at any time.

Location Permission & Voice Permission:

- Microphone permission is use for accessing and recording microphone audio from the User's device and converts into text.

- Approximate location permission is used for accessing the User's approximate device location. Our Applications may collect, use, and share User location Data in order to provide location-based services. 3 - Precise location permission is used for accessing the User's precise device location. Our Applications may collect, use, and share User location Data in order to provide location-based services.

- Collect or Send Precise Location Data:

Smart Mobile Switch will access your "Locations" to use a hotspot for data transfer.

- Collect or Send Categories of Personal Data:

Smart Mobile Switch will securely access the "Personal Data" categories selected to transfer to the other device.

Smart Mobile Switch will access your "Device" to use hotspot/Wi-Fi for data transfer.

Smart Mobile Switch will access your "Phone Contacts" to remove duplicates and transfer the rest to the other device.

Smart Mobile Switch will access your "Photo Library" to transfer pictures to another device.

- Reminders Access/Collection Permission:

Smart Mobile Switch will access your "Reminders" to transfer it to the other device.

- Text Messages Access/Collection Permission:

Our apps collect information only to improve the design of services and products to garner more target audience. Our apps guarantee to users that any data gathered via services or social media platforms is completely encrypted and hashed via the appropriate channels. Our apps take immense measures to safeguard all the information and prevent unauthorized access.

However, on certain occasions, Our apps may disclose information to third parties for advertising purposes. Our apps use ad campaigns and utilities to steer its products forward on the market and also for revenue generation functions. Users’ information may be collected to tailor the advertisements that may interest them.
