MS Apps Lab (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is the developer of VoiceGen – AI Text to Speech (“the App”).
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use our mobile application.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection laws, including the Google Play User Data Policy, GDPR.
VoiceGen does not require or support account creation.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or login credentials.
There is no registration process.
No personal user profile is stored on our servers.
While we do not collect direct personal identifiers (such as name, email, or phone number), the App uses trusted third-party services that may process certain technical and operational data to provide functionality, monetization, and stability.
Processing: All payments are handled exclusively by the Google Play Billing System.
Access: We do not access, see, or store your credit card, debit card, or banking information.
What we receive: A secure transaction token from Google Play to verify purchase status and enable premium features.
Third-party SDKs (such as Google AdMob and Firebase) may collect:
IP Address: Used to estimate general location (country or region level only).
Advertising ID (AAID): Used for advertising, frequency capping, and ad performance measurement.
App Performance Data: Crash logs, diagnostics, and usage statistics to improve app stability and user experience.
This data is processed according to Google’s privacy policies and is not used to personally identify you.
Input Data: The text you enter is sent to AI voice services (such as Google Cloud Text-to-Speech) solely to generate audio output in real time.
Storage: We do not store your text inputs or generated audio files.
Processing Nature: All processing is temporary and session-based.
We process data under the following legal bases:
Consent: For personalized advertising and analytics where required by law.
Legitimate Interest: To ensure app functionality, security, fraud prevention, and performance monitoring.
Contractual Necessity: To provide premium features after a valid subscription or in-app purchase.

Consent Management:
We use the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK to request and manage consent for personalized advertising.
Withdraw Consent:
You may change or withdraw consent at any time via the Privacy Settings within the app or your device settings.
Non-Personalized Ads:
If consent is declined, ads will still be shown, but they will not be personalized.
You also have the right to access, restrict, or object to data processing in accordance with GDPR.

Data Retention:
Since no accounts are created, we do not maintain personal user data files. Technical logs are retained only for as long as necessary to diagnose and resolve issues.

VoiceGen is not directed to children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe that a child has provided data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Because the App does not store personal user data or support accounts:
No manual deletion request is required.
You may stop all data processing by uninstalling the app.
You can reset or limit advertising data via your Android device’s Advertising ID settings.
Data processed by third-party services (such as ads or analytics) can be managed through your Google Account privacy settings.
