VoiceBridge ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our app collects, uses, and protects information when you use VoiceBridge.
VoiceBridge does not require account creation, sign-up, or login. You can use the app fully without providing any personal identity information.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We do not collect or require any personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number to use this app.
The app may access the following on your device:
1. Microphone Access
Used only to capture your voice for speech-to-text translation. Audio is processed in real time and is not stored or recorded by us.
2. Translation History and Favorites
Your translation history and favorite phrases are stored locally on your device only. This data is not uploaded to our servers and is not linked to any personal identity. Clearing the app data or uninstalling the app will permanently delete this information.
3. Internet Access
Required to send text/voice for translation through third-party translation services and to load advertisements.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
VoiceBridge uses the following third-party services, which may collect information as described in their own privacy policies:
- Translation API Provider: Used to process and return translated text/speech. Only the content you choose to translate is sent for processing.
- Google AdMob: Used to display advertisements within the app. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads. You can review Google's practices here: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- Firebase (Google): Used for app analytics and crash reporting to help us improve app stability and performance. Firebase may collect device information, app usage data, and crash logs.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
VoiceBridge is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this app, please contact us so we can remove it.
DATA SECURITY
Since the app does not require authentication, no account credentials are created or stored. Locally stored data (translation history/favorites) remains on your device and is protected by your device's own security settings.
YOUR CHOICES
You can clear your translation history and favorites at any time from within the app. You can also revoke microphone permission at any time through your device settings, though this will disable voice translation features.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
