Email Address and Name: Collected during account registration to secure your account and manage subscriptions.
User Profile Data: Information such as user roles (Student, Teacher, Parent) to tailor your experience.
To provide the core accessibility features of VoiceAble, the Application requires specific device permissions:
Camera Access (Head Tracking): The Application uses your device's camera exclusively for the Head Gesture Control feature. Important: All face tracking and gesture recognition is performed locally on your device using Google ML Kit. We do NOT record, save, transmit, or share your camera feed or facial data with our servers or any third parties.
Microphone Access: The Application uses your microphone for speech recognition, diction exercises, and voice cloning features. Processing occurs either locally or securely via standard Google APIs to convert speech to text. We do not permanently store or share your raw audio data without your explicit consent.
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. It may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), unique device identifiers, device models, operating system versions, and diagnostic data to help us fix crashes and improve performance.
We use third-party Service Providers to facilitate our Service. These third parties have access to Your Personal Data only to perform specific tasks on Our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

To provide and maintain our Service: Including the delivery of accessibility features and monitoring app performance.
To manage Your Account: To secure your registration and sync data across your devices.

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You. You can delete your account directly from within the Application's Profile settings or by contacting us. Upon account deletion, all associated user data stored on our servers will be permanently removed.
The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data (such as encrypted databases), We cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Our Service is designed to be used by students, including children, under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or teacher. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent.
When a "Student" profile is created, it is managed by the Parent or Teacher account. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers immediately.
We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
