Memory Partner ("we," "our," or "us") may collect, store, and use your personal information in connection with developing and providing to you its products, mobile applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
We operate on the principle that your personal information belongs to you, and only you can decide who you want to share it with and why. This is fundamental to the way we work, and we are committed to providing a secure environment for you to store your personal information and share it only when you want to.
This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we collect it, how we use it, and whether we share it with third parties (including Google Gemini for AI processing). Please read it carefully, as all of our Services are governed by this Privacy Policy.
Before any of your content is sent to a third-party AI service, the app shows an in-app disclosure and asks for your explicit permission. You must agree before you can use the app. By tapping "I agree — continue" on that screen, or by using the Services after reading this policy, you consent to the collection, processing, transmission, retention, and use described here.
You may withdraw such consent at any time by contacting us at hadost7@gmail.com. Your withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out by us prior to such withdrawal, but you may need to stop using the app because AI processing is required for core features.
You are not authorized to install, access, or otherwise use the Services if you do not agree and consent to this Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions unless otherwise defined in this document.
If you are located outside the United States, you acknowledge and consent to the processing of your data in the country where it was collected, as well as in other countries where it may be transferred, including the United States. Please note that regulations in these countries may be different from those in your own country.
Any changes we may make to this Privacy Policy will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Services after such changes signifies your agreement to the updated policy. We recommend checking this page periodically.
We collect the following categories of information when you use Memory Partner:
Full name, display name, and profile picture (from Google or Apple Sign-In)
Email address
Firebase authentication user ID and session tokens
Text you type in chats, quick add, manual entry, and task fields
Voice recordings when you use Speak, voice messages, or voice capture
Photos and images you capture or upload in the app
Tasks, subtasks, deadlines, priorities, categories, repeat rules, and reminders
Chat names, chat history, and messages
When you use AI features (after giving in-app consent), we send the content above that is needed to extract tasks, answer questions about your chats, or update existing tasks — including the text, voice, or photo you submit and relevant task/chat context (such as task titles, deadlines, and chat name).
Device type, operating system version, and app version
Push notification tokens (if you enable notifications)
Subscription and purchase status (processed by RevenueCat and your app store; we do not receive your full payment card details)
Approximate location derived from IP address (city/region), when available from network providers
App usage patterns, session duration, feature usage, and crash or performance logs that do not directly identify you
We collect data in these ways:
When you sign in with Google or Apple
When you type, speak, photograph, or otherwise submit content in the app
When you create, edit, or delete chats, tasks, and messages
When you subscribe to AI Pro or contact support
When you enable notifications or reminders
Firebase and our backend record account-linked content you save so it can sync across devices and work offline
The app reads device and app metadata needed to run, notify you, and process subscriptions
Google Sign-In / Apple Sign-In provide account profile fields
Google Firebase (Firestore) stores your synced data
Google Gemini receives content you submit for AI processing only after you agree on the in-app AI data sharing screen
RevenueCat and the Apple App Store or Google Play Store provide subscription status
Firebase Cloud Messaging delivers push notifications when enabled
We do not collect data from unrelated apps on your device. We do not sell your personal information.
We use the data we collect for these purposes:
Create and manage your account
Store, sync, and display your chats, tasks, and messages
Schedule local task reminders and send push notifications (if enabled)
Export or share tasks when you choose to
Send your text, voice, or photo input — plus related task and chat context — to Google Gemini to extract tasks, deadlines, priorities, categories, and recurrence
Answer questions you ask about your tasks or chats
Apply updates you request to existing tasks (complete, reschedule, delete, and similar actions)
Verify AI Pro subscription status and unlock premium features
Monitor performance, fix bugs, and improve features
Respond to support requests
Protect against abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access
Comply with legal obligations
We do not use your content to train our own AI models.
Memory Partner uses Google Gemini (Google LLC) as a third-party AI service. This section summarizes what is shared, who receives it, and how it is used.

Text messages and typed input
Voice recordings (audio files) from voice capture and voice messages
Photos and images you submit
Task titles, deadlines, priorities, categories, repeat rules, and other task context needed for extraction or updates
Chat names and existing task context when you ask questions or refer to tasks in a chat
Only after you tap "I agree — continue" on the in-app AI data sharing consent screen shown on first launch
Each time you use an AI feature (text, voice, or photo capture; chat messages that trigger AI processing)
To convert your input into structured tasks and reminders
To answer natural-language questions about your tasks and chats
To carry out task actions you describe (such as marking complete or rescheduling)
Google processes this data on its servers under Google's terms and privacy policies. We require that processing be limited to providing AI features in Memory Partner. We do not authorize Google to use your content to train our own models, and we do not sell your data to Google or any other party.
If you do not agree to this sharing, you can tap "Decline and close app" on the consent screen and uninstall the app, or contact us at hadost7@gmail.com to request account deletion.
We use trusted third-party companies to operate Memory Partner. They process data only as needed to provide their part of the service:
Google — Sign-In, Firebase (Firestore, Auth, Cloud Messaging), and Gemini API for AI processing
Apple — Sign in with Apple and App Store subscriptions (iOS)
RevenueCat — subscription status and entitlements
Apple App Store / Google Play Store — in-app purchase billing
When third-party providers process data on our behalf, they do so under their own privacy policies and applicable laws. Google Gemini receives the content described in "Third-Party AI Services (Google Gemini)" above.
Your tasks, chats, and messages are stored in Google Firebase (Firestore) and linked to your account. Firestore provides offline caching on your device so you can view and create content when connectivity is limited; changes sync when you are back online.
When you use voice or photo capture, that content is processed by Google's Gemini API on Google's servers to extract structured tasks. We do not use your content to train our own AI models.
We implement encryption in transit and at rest, Firestore security rules so each account can access only its own data, access controls, and regular security checks. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in these situations:
With Google Gemini — your text, voice, photos, and related task/chat context for AI processing, after you give in-app consent (see "Third-Party AI Services (Google Gemini)")
With other service providers listed above (Firebase, RevenueCat, app stores) to host, sync, bill, or notify you
If required by law, regulation, or legal process
To protect our rights, users, or the security of the Service
With your explicit consent for a specific purpose you request
You may:
View and update your profile information in the app
Delete individual tasks, chats, or messages from within the app
Request deletion of your account and all stored data by emailing hadost7@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request"
Manage or cancel AI Pro subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings
Disable push notifications in your device or app settings
Decline AI data sharing on first launch (the app will close) or withdraw consent later by contacting us
Depending on your location, you may also have the right to access, correct, export, or object to certain processing of your personal information. Contact us at hadost7@gmail.com to exercise these rights.
We retain your content while your account remains active
You can delete individual items from within the app at any time
Account and cloud data are deleted within 30 days after a verified deletion request
Inactive accounts may be deleted after 12 months of no sign-in
The Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately at hadost7@gmail.com.
