1. Personal Information
Situations where you may provide personal information include:
Signing in with Google to create or access your account
Capturing tasks by typing, speaking, or photographing notes
Creating chats, tasks, categories, and reminders
Requesting customer support
Subscribing to AI Pro or other premium features
Enabling push notifications or task reminders
Personal data we may collect includes (but is not limited to):
Full name, display name, and profile picture (from Google Sign-In)
Email address
Text messages, voice recordings, and photos you submit in the app
Tasks, deadlines, priorities, categories, and chat history
Unique device identifiers and Firebase authentication tokens
IP address, city, and region
Subscription status (handled by RevenueCat and app stores)
2. Aggregated & Non-Identifying Information
We may also collect aggregated or anonymized data that does not identify you directly, such as:
App usage patterns (e.g., tasks created, features used)
Session duration and frequency of app use
Popular features and user engagement statistics
Technical details such as OS version, app version, and crash logs
This data helps us improve the Service without revealing your personal identity.
We may employ trusted third-party companies to help us operate and improve our Services. These providers may perform:

Examples of service providers include Google (Google Sign-In, Firebase, Google Gemini API), RevenueCat, and the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
When third-party service providers collect or process data on our behalf, they do so according to their own privacy policies and applicable laws.

Extract tasks, deadlines, priorities, and categories from your text, voice, and photo input using AI
Store, sync, and display your chats, tasks, and messages across devices
Send local task reminders and push notifications (if enabled)
Manage AI Pro subscriptions and premium features
Analyze app performance and improve features
Provide technical support
Protect the security of the Service

Your tasks, chats, and messages are stored in Google Firebase (Firestore) and linked to your account. Firestore provides offline caching on your device so you can view and create content when connectivity is limited; changes sync when you are back online.
When you use voice or photo capture, that content is processed by Google's Gemini API on Google's servers to extract structured tasks. We do not use your content to train our own AI models.
We implement encryption in transit and at rest, Firestore security rules so each account can access only its own data, access controls, and regular security checks.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only:
With service providers who assist in operating the Service (e.g., Firebase, Google Gemini, RevenueCat)
If required by law or legal process
To protect our rights or the rights of others
With your explicit consent
You may:
View and update your profile information in the app
Delete individual tasks, chats, or messages from within the app
Request deletion of your account and all stored data by emailing hadost7@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request"
Manage or cancel AI Pro subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings
Disable push notifications in your device or app settings
Depending on your location, you may also have the right to access, correct, export, or object to certain processing of your personal information.
We retain your content while your account remains active
You can delete individual items from within the app at any time
Account and cloud data are deleted within 30 days after a verified deletion request
Inactive accounts may be deleted after 12 months of no sign-in
The Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately at hadost7@gmail.com.
