This Privacy Policy applies to the Reverse Voice: Song Challenge mobile application (hereby referred to as the “Application”) created by Apps Resort - Daily Tool Apps (hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”) as a free service. This service is provided for use “AS IS.”
The Application may collect certain information automatically when you download, install, access, or use it. Depending on how you use the Application and the services enabled within it, this information may include:

The Application does not collect precise location information from your mobile device.
The Application may request access to your device's microphone through the RECORD_AUDIO permission because voice recording is required for features such as recording, reversing, modifying, encoding, playing, or otherwise processing voice and audio as part of the Application's functionality.
Microphone access is only used when required by an audio or voice-related feature initiated by the user.
The Service Provider does not intentionally activate the microphone for unrelated purposes.
Depending on the feature being used, recorded audio may be processed by the Application to provide the requested voice or audio functionality. Users should only record audio that they have the right and permission to record.
You may control microphone permission at any time through your device's Android settings. Disabling microphone access may prevent voice recording and related features from functioning.
The Application may request permission to send notifications using the POST_NOTIFICATIONS permission.
Notifications may be used for purposes such as:
Application-related updates.
Feature information.
Reminders.
Service-related messages.
Promotional or marketing notifications, where permitted.
You may disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
The Application may display advertisements and may use advertising-related technologies provided by Google and/or third-party advertising providers.
For advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, attribution, and related purposes, the Application or integrated advertising SDKs may process information such as:

Device identifiers.

Advertising interactions.
App installation and attribution information.

The Application includes Android permissions related to advertising services, including:

Advertising attribution.
Advertising topics.
Android's Privacy Sandbox and supported advertising technologies may allow advertising providers to access advertising-related signals, including Topics, where available and permitted by the user's device settings.
Users may manage or reset advertising preferences through the privacy and advertising controls available on their Android device or Google account.
The Application uses Internet and network connectivity permissions to provide features that require communication with online services.
Network-related permissions may be used to:
Determine whether an Internet connection is available.
Communicate with application servers or third-party services.
Load advertisements.
Process analytics and diagnostics.
Verify purchases and licenses.

Google Play license verification may also be used to confirm that the Application was obtained or licensed appropriately.
The Application may use Google Play Install Referrer and similar technologies to understand how users discovered or installed the Application.
This information may be used for:
Analytics.
Advertising attribution.
Campaign measurement.
Fraud prevention.
Understanding application acquisition sources.
Certain permissions are used only to support technical Application functionality.
For example:
Vibration access may be used to provide haptic feedback, alerts, or interaction feedback.
Wake Lock may be used temporarily to keep the device active while certain Application features are running.
Reorder Tasks may be used to manage Application screens or tasks.
Network and Wi-Fi state access may be used to determine connectivity.
Firebase Cloud Messaging-related permissions may be used to receive notifications or service messages.
These permissions do not by themselves mean that personal information is collected.
For a better experience while using the Application, the Service Provider may request certain information where necessary to provide a requested feature, customer support, purchase functionality, or other Application services.
Any information requested will be handled according to this Privacy Policy and used only for purposes associated with providing, maintaining, securing, improving, or supporting the Application.
The Application may use third-party services that process information according to their own privacy policies.
Depending on the SDKs and services integrated into the Application, these may include:
Other advertising, analytics, attribution, or mediation providers integrated into the Application.
Third-party providers may process information such as device information, advertising identifiers, IP addresses, advertising interactions, diagnostic data, and usage information in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
The Service Provider recommends reviewing the privacy policies of applicable third-party providers to understand their data-handling practices.
The Service Provider may share Automatically Collected Information or information generated through use of the Application with service providers where necessary to operate, maintain, analyze, advertise, secure, or improve the Application.
The Service Provider may also disclose information:
As required by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or similar legal process.
When disclosure is believed in good faith to be necessary to protect the Service Provider's rights or property.
To protect the safety of users or others.
To investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations.
To respond to lawful requests from government authorities.
To trusted service providers working on behalf of the Service Provider where such access is necessary to perform their services.
Third-party services may independently process information subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
You may stop information collection associated with use of the Application by uninstalling the Application using the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or application marketplace.
You may also manage individual permissions, such as microphone and notification permissions, through your Android device settings.
Advertising preferences and advertising identifiers may be controlled through the privacy and advertising settings available on supported Android devices and Google accounts.
The Service Provider retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:
Provide and maintain the Application.
Fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Meet contractual or legal obligations.
Resolve disputes.
Prevent fraud or abuse.
Enforce applicable agreements.
Retention periods for information processed by third-party service providers may be determined by those providers according to their own privacy policies and retention practices.

The Service Provider will review and respond to valid requests within a reasonable period, subject to applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention, and record-keeping requirements.
The Application is not intended to knowingly solicit personal information from children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.
If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under the age of 13 has provided personally identifiable information without appropriate authorization, reasonable steps will be taken to delete such information.

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality and security of information associated with the Application.

However, no electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Therefore, the Service Provider cannot guarantee absolute security.

When this Privacy Policy is updated, the Last Revised date at the top of this page will be updated.
You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for changes.
Continued use of the Application after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes acknowledgment of the revised Privacy Policy where permitted by applicable law.
By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you acknowledge the collection, use, and processing of information as described in this Privacy Policy.
Where consent is required by applicable law or platform requirements, appropriate consent or permission mechanisms may be presented separately within the Application.
