Microphone Access

Voice Digest requires microphone access to record voice notes.

Audio recordings are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to Voice Digest servers.

Speech Recognition and Transcription

Voice Digest uses Apple speech recognition and transcription technologies (such as SpeechTranscriber and related system frameworks).

Transcription processing is performed primarily on device. In some cases, Apple system services may process requests using Apple’s privacy-preserving infrastructure. Voice Digest does not receive, store, or access any data processed by Apple services.

Apple Intelligence and AI Processing

Voice Digest uses Apple Intelligence and on-device Foundation Models.

Voice Digest does not collect or store any data processed by Apple services.

Third-Party Services

Voice Digest does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or external AI services.

Data Storage

All user content is stored locally on the user’s device unless the user explicitly chooses to export or share content using system sharing features.

Children’s Privacy

Voice Digest does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

Since your data remains on your device, you maintain control over your information.
