By accessing or using AI Voice Changer, Modifier! (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Use of the App
Permitted Use: You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Prohibited Use: You may not:
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Use the App to harass, abuse, or threaten others.
Use the App to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
Use the App to transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
Use the App in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair the functioning of the App or any related servers or networks.
Attempt to circumvent any security measures implemented by us.
3. Intellectual Property
Ownership: The App and all of its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Licenses: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE APP OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
5. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OF THE APP, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
