How to Arrive:
Remember to use a GPS navigation system or a mapping app on your phone to assist you during the journey and ensure a smooth arrival.
To come to the red gate of the building on via Del TIGLI use direction in navigator here is the link:

To locate the building, input the address "Via del Tigli 12" into Google Maps for navigation. Upon arrival at the address, you'll notice red gates, which may be closed (photo).
The gate key is either with your host or available in the self-check-in box if you've opted for that method. Consequently, park your car nearby and proceed on foot towards the apartment.
Approach the red gates and turn left after passing through them. You'll then encounter an arch; walk through it and turn left once more. You'll soon spot the entrance marked with the number 4. The doors should be unlocked, allowing you to proceed.
The apartment is located on the 3 floor/ no elevator.
For guests who've selected the self-check-in method, locate the key box near the building entrance (refer to the photo instructions sent by whatsapp ).
The key box is positioned on the right side of the entrance.

How to check-in:
The check-in time is between 2PM and 8PM. However, self check-in is available.
The energy consumption is not included in the price of your rent. The electric power cost is 0.25 Euro per KW/h. The electric meter reading at the beginning of your stay will be given to you at your arrival and you are welcome to double check it on the electric meter located in the building entrance.
At the end of your stay, the energy consumption costs will be calculated and you will be informed of the total costs. If you have not chosen the self check-in, one of our co-host will wait for you to welcome you in the apartment, showing you how to use the appliances and answer any questions. For the self check-in, you can ask any question using the WhatsApp chat or calling us.
Apartement check:
Please let us know as soon as possible if anything in the apartment is not up to your expectations or is simply not working. We will do our best to correct the situation and give you the apartment in perfect conditions. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience you may have found. You will not be responsible for any damage that you have found and communicated to us during the first day of your stay.
Rental Contract:
According to the Italian Laws, you will be asked to show an ID card and sign a rental contract (for self check-in you can simply text us a picture of your ID). The rental contract will report all the registered guests in the apartment.
Safety Deposit:
If your stay is outside the Airbnb platform, a safety deposit of 150 euros will be required. This deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, provided no damage has been done to the apartment. If your booking is made through the Airbnb platform, no deposit is required.
The safety deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
Convenience Items:
You will find some convenience items which can be useful for the first day of your stay (coffee, dish soap, shampoo, toilet paper etc..). This is done so that you don’t have to go grocery shopping on your first day of your arrival and you may relax after a possible long trip.
At the end of your stay, if you leave the same convenience items for the next guests this will be definitely appreciated by the staff and the next guests. In any case, we understand that your vacation plans may be such that you may not have time to replace the items that you have used.
Ecoisola Campomarino map (trash disposal)
Trash Disposal:
Campomarino has implemented a recycling program. The trash has to be disposed of in some “ecologic islands” located in different parts of the town. The location of the ecologic island can be found on the Google map (please search for “Ecoisola Campomarino”).

Use of the kitchen:
If you are having troubles using the induction stove, please let us know and we will be able to assist you. However, instructions to operate the stove are located in the living room furniture in different languages.
Flower Care:
Do not turn off the irrigation system for the flowers. Keeping it on ensures that the flowers receive the necessary water to thrive. Watering schedules will be managed by the apartment management.
Ensure that cigarette butts and other trash are discarded in a designated receptacle to maintain the cleanliness of the flower areas.
Curtain Management:
Keep the curtains closed when no one is at home to deter potential intruders and maintain security.
On windy days, close the curtains to prevent them from becoming tangled or damaged.
Gazebo Management:
When using the gazebo outside, please adhere to the following rules:
Close the gazebo tent when it's windy to prevent damage to the structure.
Extra cleaning:
Please let us know if you need extra cleaning during your stay. We will try to accommodate your request if you let us know a few days in advance. The cost of the cleaning varies depending on the season and the size of your apartment but it is in general between 30 and 50 Euros which can be paid cash or be deducted from your safety deposit.
Check-Out:
Thanks again for choosing Casa Flora. We sincerely hope that you have enjoyed your stay. You can check-out at any time before 10 AM. If you need a late check-out we will do our best to accommodate your needs based on the arrival time of the next guests.
Please do not leave any trash in the apartment, dirty dishes or food in the fridge since this may result in a cleaning charge which will be deducted from your safety deposit.
If you have been given a Tessera sanitaria, please don’t forget to leave it on the table together with the apartment keys. Simply close the door behind you when you leave the apartment and let us know that you have checked out the apartment.
